Looking down the church further, he noticed the diamond all the way back. "That diamond over there, what exactly is that?" Ecquis asked. Ecquis would have gone towards it, but he wouldn't dare try touching it without knowing what it was. He had already run into cursed artifacts in the past, and while none left a permanent impact on him, he wasn't going to risk it.

Ecquis hadn't heard of beings reviving from ash but he had seen some rather strange magical occurrences in the past. He figured checking out the church might hold some clues on this situation.

"Well, a man of flames is somewhat concerning on its own. Especially when they are controlling the undead," Ecquis remarks, thinking back to the earlier run-in with Burt.

"Dragons you say?" Ecquis asked. Ecquis at this point had dismounted, Cynthia besides him and the other wyverns he had nearby. The black wyvern still had a large case strapped onto it, while the red wyvern had strapped on it a very large longbow. "I'm aware that dragons did exist, but is Ignexus truly one of them?"

The better question is why cant Rosa hit vantage procs lol. Also, Klaren may indeed be getting something in post-chap. Whether its something he wants is another matter entirely.

That is true. Also with daunt, other hits may work out. So if Rosa also manages to hit, that will drop him down. (Provided she wants to go back in) also provided he doesn't have weird effects.
