Eon Having had his attention drawn to where It that Embraces and...some sort of spider like creature, Eon was able to see that the sentient enjoyed the meat he provided. "Well, looks like old Metras was wrong. My collection of items did end up being useful," Eon stated proudly. Still though, It that Embraces was quite a curious existence. He had not seen a great many things that would be comparable, so he was very curious to learn more about her. Additionally, the spiderlike sentient seemed to be quite hungry, so he might as well go over and see if she wouldn't want more food. Deciding on his course of action, he bid a temporary farewell to Kagari before floating over to the pair near the cliffside. "Hello you two," Eon greeted, before looking at the spiderlike sentient once more. "I have a bit more of that meat on hand if you would like some," Eon said, pulling out a bit more of the raptor meat from his storage rift.

Eon "Meat eh? I'm sure I have some around here somewhere. Not much, but some," Eon muses as he opens a small rift and sticks a hand into it. After a bit of fidgeting, he finds a few slabs of raw meat in a container labeled "XX2:144528".Recognizing one of the labeling codes he uses for various items, Eon opens his book and flips through the pages until he finds the reference code. "Well, I have raptor meat it seems. One of the older civilizations I visited once had an entire market based around this stuff apparently. I never actually tried any, but hopefully this will do?" Eon asked, beginning to move in the general direction of It that Embraces.

Eon Upon hearing the request made by It that Embraces, Eon decided to poke into his stock and see what he could find. Technically he only had what some civilizations gave him as currency in an attempt to...please him, but he really had little care for it. Regardless, he kept it in the hopes that someday it could be useful. Like now. "Well, I probably have something. Any particular type of food, or will anything work?"

Eon "Perhaps. From what it looks like, none of the people here are actually from wherever this is. Though I have to wonder what goes through his mind when he talks to me. I don't know what dragons in his homeworld are like, but they don't sound like they are always the most pleasant of individuals. Oh well," he sighed. "What of the others? Shall we just get everyone moving along now?"

Eon "I don't recall making any terms, but if you care that much, I can just give you the map. One moment," Eon states before making a copy of the map in his book. He was always one to make copies of anything important or interesting, including maps. Once done, he handed the original map towards the cloaked figure. "Well if you want the map, its yours. Feel free to do with it whatever you please," Eon told the man, holding out the map for him to take. Eon secretly was hoping that this would be enough to deal with him.

Belros, invigorated by Chirya's dancing, sent his sword right through the pirate, causing him to fall dead into the ocean. [Enemy Phase] Pirate 5 Moves to N22 and attacks Belros Despite being late to the fight, the pirate was no slouch in battle, landing a severe blow onto Belros. Though greatly injured, Belros still manages to land two strikes onto the pirate in return, leaving both of them near death. Pirate 10 Moves to O21 and attacks Belros Seeing an easy target, one of the pirates goes out to sea to try and take Belros down. Unfortunately, his splashing caught Belros' attention, causing the pirate to not only miss his attack, but get struck by two in return. Pirate 12 Moves to K20 and attacks Karik One of the pirates tried to land a strike onto the traitorous Karik, but his aim was quite off, as his club missed the mark. Karik's aim was considerably better after his last miss, but the enemy pirate managed to dodge his first strike. The second strike however, hit dead on, leaving the pirate injured at sea. [Ally Phase] "Belros, are you alright?" he asks his injured ally, having seen the blow he took. "Don't think you'll get away with this ocean scum." Madante Moves to M22 and attacks Pirate 5 Running in to assist his wounded ally, Madante makes one sharp blow to the pirate, ending his life and sending him overboard. Eon "A deal? What, do you take me for one of those types of dragons who tries to swindle people of their livelihoods...or just their lives? This paper seems to be a map of wherever we are. Whether that's useful to you depends on how much you want to know about this place I suppose," Eon remarked. He wasn't entirely sure what "deal" the cloaked man expected to give, but he didn't really care. One would think that in such a situation with so many different and strange sentients, normal conventions wouldn't fully carry over, but alas.

Eon "Well, you'll find that I don't so much fly as I float. I am a natural denizen of the stars. Or, in more simpler terms, I inhabit space itself. As such, I have the means to propel myself towards any destination I see fit," Eon remarks, doing a demonstration of him moving back and forth, with the rest of his body primarily stationary. "As for your dragon friend, I suspect that she is a considerably different type. Even in my world, there are many things that are considered dragons. Most of them don't actually resemble a different type, but they'll never know. Most of them don't live long enough to find out."

Eon Hearing someone speak to him, Eon looked down to find a girl dressed in a swimsuit trying to talk to him. He was a bit curious as to why she was wearing a swimsuit somewhere that didn't seem to be any equivalent to a beach of some kind, but he had seen stranger things, so it didn't bother him. "Greetings. I am Eon. And apparently nobody seems to care about this map. Oh well, their loss," Eon remarks, seeing that nobody else had really been interested in where they were going. Considering what the armor clad woman said, she had no interest in anything but getting through whatever this place is. Eon makes a brief note before closing his book temporarily. "So then, I don't suppose you have any idea why any we're all here would you?" Eon decided to ask. She probably was just as in the dark as everyone else, but perhaps she may know something about the group she came with. It was worth a shot at least.

Eon "A map? Well its something useful at least," Eon remarked before picking up the map with one of his hands. His arms, while small compared to his total length, are still comparable, if not a bit longer than the standard length of human arms. "As for me...Edmond was it? It appears these chests are mostly immune to impact. I doubt a little tap would be likely to damage the contents. Now then, lets see...it appears that those houses aren't a complete mess. I suppose something still lives there. Should that be our destination?" Eon decides to ask the nearby group. It seemed that they were mostly friendly, and they might be curious to know where they are.

Eon "Well, that's something," Eon remarks, looking at the chest that's present. Seeing that nobody else has noticed it, he might as well try to open it. Which he attempts by smacking the chest with his tail.

Eon "Well, it seems these sentients are getting along. Better than more shadow variants I suppose," Eon mused to himself before floating upwards a bit and retrieving a rather large book from seemingly nowhere. After jotting a few notes, his attention is grabbed by It That Embraces. It was certainly not the type of being he ran into on a daily basis, but he wasn't too phased. "I suppose I've yet to introduce myself. I am Eon, and that is all that needs to be said...for now," Eon announced. He was unsure as to who all of the newcomers were or what their affiliations were, so he wouldn't give them too much information yet. Still, he would observe everyone and record any particular details that he felt may be useful. "Now then, I suppose I should see what else is around," Eon muses before floating around the area, trying to get a grasp on what was around. ((Investigates area. Anything interesting?))

Eon "Oh, others are around, how amusing." Eon remarked, looking out towards the newcomers. "You don't seem to be of the shadow variety, so I suppose that you're all in a similar predicament as us?"

"Well, reinforcements have arrived for them, though not in great numbers...yet" Ecquis mused, seeing the trio of enemy soldiers that just arrived. Those 3 alone likely wouldn't be able to do too much, but if more kept showing up, it could become problematic. "Let's deal with the people who are already here, get whatever we can find, and get out before even more reinforcements show up. I doubt those 3 are the only ones, and I'd not want to see how many they may have." Ecquis stated before finishing his business with the mage. Move to F17 and lob javs at the mage

"Yes, that would explain most of their passive movements. Though..." Ecquis surveyed both the area around himself and the area around the northern group. The northern group appeared to be finishing up their business, while down here the enemy was not liable to be as much of a threat. "Honestly, if they had come earlier, perhaps things could have taken some turns, but at this rate, I do have to wonder if the time its taking them to get here is more detrimental to them than to us. Still though, that's no reason to be careless now. If all of us continue now without being too reckless, we should be able to handle things here without too much trouble." Ecquis noted, followed by a cry of agreement by Ziona.

Flying overhead, Rayne throws the first javelin, only to miss the initial hit. Suddenly, in a moment of focus, Rayne throws out a second javelin, only for it to be dodged by the pirate. She tries for one more shot, but her third was just another whiff. Cheat Sheet

"Well, its nice to see everything work out." Ecquis remarked, surveying the area around himself. Most of the nearby enemies likely wouldn't be able to stop them provided everyone managed things properly. As such, Ecquis decided to deal with some of the less defensive units. Move to F17 and attack Mage 3 (followed by Canto to F15)

Belros dashes besides the pirate, slashing him once with his iron sword. The pirate tries to fight back, but Belros dodges the strike aimed at his head and returns the gesture with a strike to the pirate's shoulder. Cheat Sheet

Darius steps right in front of the archer before enveloping him in dark magic. The archer is unable to fend of the shadows, and he falls into the ocean, dead. Cheat Sheet

Having gotten his mount to go onto the planks, Idei takes aim at the wounded pirate. Unable to dodge or deflect, the pirate is shot down into the water. Cheat Sheet

Cadence's thrust runs right through the pirate's throat, taking him down instantly and sending him down into the ocean below. Cheat Sheet

Karik's first strike from the water catches the pirate off guard, striking him in the leg. Knocked off balance, the pirate's retaliation failed to hit its mark. Karik attempts to go for a second strike, but the pirate, seeing it coming, manages to deflect it with his club. Cheat Sheet

Despite being at sea, the only benefits he got were a duo of javelins, striking the pirate in the torso as he watches as the pegasus rider fly back to safety. [Enemy Phase] Pirate 8 Moves to N17 and attacks Belros The pirate's strike goes wide, slashing instead at the side of the boat. While trying to retrieve his axe from the wood it was embedded in, Belros gets two strikes off onto the attacker. Archer 3 Moves to M18 and attacks Madante The archer tried to aim his shot, but aimed it a bit too high, shooting it past his head and across the boat. Pirate 7 Moves to L19 Pirate 9 Moves to M21 Pirate 5 Moves to N24 [Ally Phase] "Hah, these pirates can barely land a shot it looks like. Here, allow me to show you how its done," Madante boasts before rushing towards the archer. Readying his blade, Madante strikes the archer, leaving a wound on his shoulder. Turn 6 Cheat Sheet
