If you'll excuse me, I have another task that I must get to," Ritsu says, giving the professor the cables and leaving the society building. She then teleports around the town a fair bit, till she finds the inn that the fisherman was supposedly in. Ritsu Enters the Inn

"That makes some sense, but where exactly does this portal take us. You said that the bungee cables were needed to get to the other side. Do you know roughly where we are going to end up then?"

"Portal? Could you explain further? Is this portal what we will be using to get to the temple you mentioned earlier?"

"That sounds fine. Provided no unexpected issues arise, I should be able to complete the task. I shall return shortly," Ritsu says before she leaves the tool shop. Since she still has the bungee cables that the professor needed, she decided to drop those off first. As such, Ritsu teleported to the Society Building and went inside. "Professor, I went over to the tool shop and was informed that you needed these," Ritsu says, holding the bungee cables in her hands.

Ritsu takes the bungee cables from the counter, then looks at the shopkeeper. "I don't mind handling work, though it may depend on exactly what the task is. Nevertheless, I'm listening."

"Sounds to me like the puzzle would be a better option for most of us. I don't mind it," Eon remarks before looking at the newcomers. "Eon is what you may call me incidentally."

"Hmm, I'm mostly observing the goods at the moment, but perhaps some of the others I came with might be interested in your wares. We are aiding Lua Da in one of her expeditions, so I wanted to know whether the tools here would be of use."

Ritsu looks over to the individual manning the tool shop and decides to inquire about the tools, or to be more precise, whether other tools existed. "Excuse me, are all of the tools on display the only ones available right now?"

Noticing that most of the others have gone off throughout the town, Ritsu warped over to the tool shop to see what supplies they had. Perhaps they would be beneficial to either the current task at hand or towards future matters that may arise. Nevertheless, she decided that she had nothing to lose. Ritsu goes into the Tool Shop.

Eon looks over his surroundings, quite intrigued by the landscape. It had reminded him of some of the more fiery worlds he used to pass by. In passing, Eon wonders how anyone could reasonably live here, but he figured that anyone who did managed to adapt to the terrain. His thoughts were interrupted by yet more squabbles from others in the group. He decided to ignore it and ask Hiroki about this place. "So this is your home realm Hiroki? I must say I didn't expect it to remind me of one of the molten worlds I've come across. Is all of this realm like this, or is this area just unique in its...terrain."

"Well, I can certainly contact most of the mentioned people, though a few of them I can't claim to know. Nevertheless, I'll attempt to make contact with everyone mentioned," Eon replies before setting up a telepathic link with the mentioned group of people. To all who can hear this, I am Eon, and apparently you have been selected to help deal with some issue in regards to Hiroki's home world. Apparently the individual is summoning all of us, so prepare yourselves, Eon broadcasted, unsure if the ones that he did not know would receive it.

"Is that right? Well I suppose I get to see that world in person. Very well, I will lend my aid."

Ritsu steps out of the castle and starts walking towards the building in question. She could simply teleport there, but she decides to enjoy the walk while she can Breathers were not commonplace in her line of work, so she decides that she will make use of this one. I'm wondering what reasons this expedition is requesting people from other worlds. What manner of artifacts here could present a need for us to come here, Ritsu thinks to herself after hearing Alexandria's own statement.

Testing out his new longbow, Idei fires off two shots. The first one hits the target on the mark, but the second instead falls a bit short into the river. Sneaking by the enemies on the bridge, Belros ambushes the confused bandit from the forest, getting two quick blows onto him. Having been fully healed, Darius' magic hits its mark, finishing off the bandit. Karik manages to strike the mercenary and bring him to the ground. Supported by his fellow comrades, Karik manages to strike down the soldier guarding the bridge, causing him to fall dead into the river. Cheat Sheet:

"That's understandable all things considered. Well, since you are awake, care to chat?" Eon asks, flipping through a rather large number of pages in his journal as if looking for something.

"Oh, I'm fully capable of fighting back if the need arises. Though I'm not fully sure if my role can be described as a storyteller. Perhaps a librarian is a better fit, though who's to say. Still though, its good for me to record past events to learn from what others have done. It gives me a frame of reference for later events. It also helps to make sure I don't fall into the same traps as others of my kind did, but most of those incidents were caused by arrogance the likes of which I can't in good conscience claim to be advisable," Eon remarks, recalling many of the ways that some of his kind were taken under control. He then notices Hiroki taking a brief glance around the area. "Did the sparring session wake you?" he asked Hiroki.

"Goals eh? Hard to say really. If I can claim to have a goal, it would likely be gathering knowledge of all sorts. I find that its one of the few things that holds for millennia if properly kept. Directly ruling over places leads to far more trouble than its worth from what I've seen, and being an observer is much more interesting to me. Seeing civilizations rise, fall, and reform tend to be rather amusing to me because they never seem to do it the same way twice most of the times. I say most, because there are some that keep making the same mistakes. But most of those races died off quite some time ago," Eon says, thinking about many of the worlds he used to frequent.

"I think they just up and decided to spar. Doesn't seem like there was any other motivation really," Eon remarks before retrieving his journal and looking through it a bit.

"Hmm, I'm personally indifferent to their antics all things considered. That being said, I'd rather they didn't wake the girl if at all possible," he answered, taking a glance at the sleeping Hiroki. "As for the traveling detail, I doubt them sparring will affect much provided they don't break the room apart. If things get too out of hand, I'll see about dealing with it."
