Both which are a bit far away so unless you feel like babysitting for a bit don't use shelmet. Corey gave me hell when I face him well more specifically his crobat, back than I had a kirlia, boldore, bayleaf, trubbish, and loudred as my core team. Nothing out speeds crobat and pretty much everyone gets instantly killed by it. It took me 8-9 tries to beat him and I had to raise a graveler.

if you want another fighting type scrafty is a good choice but your going to have to train it for awhile, another good fighting choice is machamp you can get a machop at 36 and machamp has high attack and is relatively bulky but it suffers from a shallow movepool (only get fighing and normal moves), or you could just wait a bit longer and get a lucario there is going to be a lake with luvdisc which u can trade for rioul.

make sure it's ability is STENCH not STICKY HOLD, if it has stichy hold it gets weak armour when it evolves which makes it hard to use, i had to ditch mine because of this don't make my mistake. Oh and everybody seems to use gardevoir, crobat, and scraggy since they are pretty strong (magnezone used to be a part of this group but now you can't evolve it until you complete the side quest in ep 10)

Tanzan dephs, it's the place the abra teleports you to and u have to complete ep 9 or at least the abra I'm not sure on this one.

There is one hiding in a bush in Obsidia Park but other than that your going to need to go mining or luvdisc hunting.

Here's an easy way to do it, get a pokemon with frisk (the event shuppet can get it) and a pokemon with the compoundeyes ability (butterfree and venonat are the most common) knock out the compoundeyes user and put it first in your party. If a pokemon with compoundeyes leads the chance of held items on wild pokemons increases so it'll be 20% instead of 5%. Go to the back alley in the first city and with a pokemon with sweet scent and spam sweet scent until you find a trubbish with a black sludge. Don't bother with the wastelands I tried there it wasn't fun.

It took me 4-5 days to clear the adventurine forest (I got stuck on a tree that refused to spawn heracross and pinsir) and from my exploration i got -a heracross (you have to choose either heracross or pinsir) - a joltik -2 lum berries -2 sitrus berries (really Ame) -2 custap berries - 2 mining rocks - Tm Embargo - also found some wild buziels - and a few extra berry spots

I pp stalled with spiritomb until arceus ran out of dark pulse, the arceus has recover, focus blast, judgment(normal), and dark pulse once it ran out of dark pulses I set up to plus 6 and put it to sleep. I did have to use 15 hyper potions but i'm pretty sure moo moo milks can also be used.

I honestly just threw the cranidos into the daycare until it hit lvl 55.
