  1. Here's my two cents on your team, Mightyena while an incredibly cool pokemon has a horrible movepool, your stuck with bite all the way until 62 than you get sucker punch also most of the tms currently in reborn are specially based none really help mightyena. I'm not saying get rid of it but it's going to be harder to use later on. Also I feel like your team is going to struggle vs the next gym leader, Shade, yea you have mightyena and triapinch but shades signature pokemon can easily out speed and KO both.
  2. wow 7hrs it took me like 2-3 hours while grinding to get one But I just knocked it out since I don't like poliwraith. I caught one later on though.
  3. Just curious how did you get head smash and earthquake on aron, I'm trying to get an rock head aggron and almost have the cranidos at 46 for head smash. And Nj on them shinies and egg moves!
  4. ^ This, you generally want to wait until 45 before evolving growlithe so it can get flare blitz, heat wave, and outrage once evolved the only move you that arcainine will learn naturally is extreme speed. You also might wanna replace rock smash for strength unless you really want the def drop.
  5. Already got espeon, used vaporeon before in fire red and wanted to try something new. As for the dark and psychic gyms well that's what yamega is for.
  6. You get lotad on a rainy day by the pier at coral ward, the top pier not the bottom one.
  7. Gen 3 it was the gen i started playing pokemon in and I feel it has some of the best designs.
  8. kk thnxs, was this on normal speed or increased speed?
  9. How long did it take you guys to max out your pick up crews? I plan on doing it myself since Ame is changing the pickup table but it would be nice to know roughly how long it's going to take.
  10. Huh, you learn something new everyday.... nvm than!
  11. Rampardos has the highest attack in the game right now at 165, 5 higher than thick club marowawk.
  12. Yeah daycare is based on steps so changing your clock won't help. The only place you might be able to do this is in the meteor base in tanzan but that only possible if you can find a infinite route in the colored steps puzzle. Also, there are a few entryways in the game where you can exit and enter indefinitely by holding up though I need to figure out if these count as steps to the daycare.
  13. I don't know about this point though, especially with fantastic options like Magmortar, Arcanine, Ninetales, Camerupt, and Houndoom all available. I realize that there are definitely fewer fire pokemon than grass or water, but even without considering starters there are a decent set of options available to Reborn's trainers right now. I thought we couldn't get magmortar?
  14. So pretty much review a pokemon that you used during your play through of reborn a x/10 scale, please leave reasons why you rated the pokemon that way, and how it has helped you during your play through. I guess I'll set the bar. Sprites: http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/blackwhite_bwa.html Spiritomb 8/10 I originally planned on getting spiritomb mainly for a another wall and for it's curse since toxic had no affect on Aya's team, but what I never realized about spiritomb was it had very strong offense too. Spiritomb has kind of meh stats, its sp atk and atk are at 92 while it's defense are ok though at a decent 108 but it's hp is pretty bad at 50 and it has horrendous 35 base speed. But spiritomb makes up a bit for this with this with its amazing typing ghost/dark which gives it no weaknesses and three immunities. It's movepool is also pretty good, spiritomb gets access to sucker punch which helps make up for it's speed, nasty plot which lets it become a potent sp attacker, and hypnosis which compliments nasty plot very well. Ever since I added mine to my team its be a huge part in every battle afterwards. With hypnosis and nasty plot it managed to sweep Aya's team, it and my arcanine also managed to take out Serra's team, and with a dark gem it one shot the lvl 100 PULSE abra. Also it walls Noel's clefable really well. But as mentioned earlier spiritomb's stats are kind of meh and it does't hit as hard as other ghosts. So overall I give I'll give Spiritomb a 8/10 its a good pokemon if your looking for a mixed bulky attacker. Sorry for my weird writing, writing reviews has never been my forte lol
  15. Personally I would go with Sawsbuck, it has much better coverage with jump kick, megahorn, horn leach, it's typing is slightly better it has one more resistance and one more immunity. But, leavanny is probably the better sweeper because of swords dance unless your going against steel or ice types. The only real other physical, grass sweeper that uses chlorophyll is victerybell though he's more of a mixed attacker and shiftry whos more of a special sweeper
  16. This is why I don't like worrying about natures lol
  17. Does anyone know if machop is rare? Iv'e been looking around pyrous mountain and volcano and haven't seen one yet.
  18. WELCOME TO THE REBORN FORUMS! Wow nice team!, but must have been a pain hatching all those shinies .
  19. Wow no love for treecko and squirtle Whoops sorry about that
  20. Her nidoqueen tears apart steel types... it has earthpower. But yeah adding a steel type might help just don't spam them.

    Yanma

I feel your pain... Yanmas are REALLY rare I encountered like 3 farfeches(sorry I have no idea how to spell it) before I found one keep at it'll take you a lot more than 20 encounters to find one. Also yamega is stuck with uproar until 54 when it finally learns air slash and you can find them in the grass.
