As a guy who is currently taking on the mono bug run myself her are some tips just keep in mind I don't use sleep status and I haven't tried breeding yet so that really makes my playthrough more difficult - Shelly is going to be a nightmare, I know she was nerfed and now fights in a double battle but that Yamega will one shot nearly every bug type in the game at that point because of ancient power and air slash. I beat it with quick claw destiny Vesiqueen, she also has that technician Scyther which also can OKO nearly every bug type in the game with tech boosted wing attacks I beat this by wearing it down with a Fortress. Since the battle is double you should have it much easier but just becareful Shelly is very strong against mono bug. -You might want to go back a few episodes and pick up a Dwebble when you get to Cal I'm not sure how else your going to beat him. -Vesiqueen is very useful as a suicide bomber with Destiny Bond, get a quick claw from a wild meowth and it makes taking out key pokemon like chandelure or Garchomp much easier to deal with. -Venomoth is really good after it evolves give it a go if you want an early quiver dance sweeper. -Butterfree is actually pretty good despite what Etesian says, its been a pretty solid pokemon throughout my playthrough though I can't really say the same about Beutifly its ok but its slow and if it has Rivalry its a bit gimmicky to use. -Glaceon and Chatot are going to be hell, I don't quit know how to beat Glaceon without sleep since it was before i made that rule for myself and I don't even remeber how I beat Chatot the first time and the second time I only won because of crit rock slide. Yea Clefable is a good pokemon and I agree it is very strong but I would not go as far as to call it Gyrados tier here are a few reasons 1) You mention a need for Scoliopede until Calm Mind returns in your post, and you implied that the Scoliopede move set preferred is Protect, Iron Defense, Baton Pass. This leaves very little room for an attacking move, you either use Megahorn which can be risky or Poison Tail which has a a low base power. This lack of coverage also makes more difficult to raise Scoliopede as there are less enemies you can use it against. Well I guess that what exp share is for but you get the point. 2) Clefable takes MUCH more time to set up than Gyrados, Gyrados sets up a d dance or two and goes on a rampage while Clefable requires support from Scoliopede and time to set up before t can sweep with Stored Power. 3) Availability, Gyrados was available right at start of the game for little effort while with Clefable if you get Cleffa you have to bay sit Cleffa until it gets enough happiness, train Clefairy until it learns stored Power, and find a moon stone to evolve it. Much harder than buying a derpy goldfish. Overall I think Clefable is a good pokemon but i don't think its Gyrados tier and that's probably a good thing if it was as good as Gyrados Ame would drop an Ax on it and no more Clefable.

Actually I have, Adamant Guts Swellow with brave bird, facade, roost, and quick attack hits pretty damm hard but its a pain to get t statused and took me like 6 hours to breed because I screwed up the breeding order. Kind of hard to use but pretty strong when the conditions are right, ironically I swept Noel with it though I had to use some X items but hey it was like 7 levels below his cut it some slack.

umm your chance of finding a shiny are roughly 1/100 the chance of finding a Gollet is 20/100. This means your chance of finding a shiny Gollet I think is 1/500, your chance of finding 3 in a row would be 1/125,000,000????? did i do this right?. Well finding three shinys in a row 1/1,000,000 chance anyway you shouldv'e spent your luck on the lottery or something, oh and Mienfoo dones't appear at night had no idea I'll add it to the guide later.

Looks fun Gen 1: Well first I chose Charmander but then after getting destroyed by Gary(which my friends called shitcock I had no idea what it meant and why they found it so funny) and chose Squirtle instead Gen 2: Never played Gen 2 don't eally plan to Gen 3: Mudkip, yes I like Mudkips Gen 4: Turtwig I like turtles Gen 5: I never played Gen 5 Gen 6: I never played Gen 6 either I am god awful at giving pokemon nicknames, the first pokemon I ever had my Mudkip was named Kipt because I didn't know how to nickname pokemon and typed in some random stuff. Some other nicknames I had were Dragon the Salamence, Acient the Cradily, and Pheonix the Moltress I also sucked at spelling. I was one of those people that only used like 1 pokemon on his team, in my first ever pokemon game my team was my Swampert, Salmence, and Groundon and I only got Salamence after I beat every single gym leader. When I was playing Emerald I was once offered a lvl 100 shiny pokemon of my choice for letting my friends borrow my link cable so often, guess who I chose? Shiny Lvl 100 Omanyte Lord Helix ftw. Speaking of shinys I once tried out shiny hunting, in my firered I set A to R, bought a ton of coins from the Game Corner, and kept buying Abras by spamming R. I spent five days spamming R before I finally got a shiny Abra. After that I tried to catch a shiny Caterpie but my fingers felt like they were going to break and I gave up on the whole thing. I have found three shinys while playing emerald, A shiny tentacool which I killed cause my Machop crit with a low kick, a shiny Aipom in the Safari Zone which I caught using a gold Pokeblock, and a shiny shuppet. When I first played pokemon I thought setting up moves like dragon dance, tail whip and growl didn't do anything yea that led to a lot of trouble later on. I also found Pokerus in Emerald and accidentally clicked through the dialogue that nurse Joy gives when you get except for disease so I thought all my pokemon were going to die. I prefer not to use pokemon I've in the past or pokemon that everyone uses, that's why T don't use Gyrados, Gardevoir, Magnezone, Crobat, etc. Whats a repel? I used to grow berries a lot but kind of gave up after a while after I got a Milotic. On an emulator for Ruby my only level 100 pokemon is Xatu. Wobbufet would not be worth the effort it takes to train I actually have used banette before and I even wrote a review for it on the tier list thread that has disappeared from the face of the earth, its not very good. Its move pool kind of blows, it only gets shadow sneak and sucker punch it can also use shadow ball but it has a much lower base sp atk. Its only good for burning, cursing things, and occasionally revenge killing which most ghost types can do anyway. Talking about underused why does nobody use Tangrowth? That thing is a beast and ,makes an awesome physical wall and its even better now that it gets regenerator and isn't rare anymore no seriously why no love for Tangrwth?
