Vivilion doesn't get quiver dance till 45 and its pretty subpar till 35 when it gets bug buzz, yes a lot of pokemon can sweep heck simple calm mind swoobat can also theoretically be a good sweeper but gyrados had a combination of that, an overwhelming early game with dragon rage, moxie which meant it could sweep as soon as you got it and you literally get it at the beginning of the game which made it so broken.

Finding items of pokemon is always RNG based, I remeber it once took me an hour to find a heart scale off a luvdisc. Though I'm pretty sure comundeyes works, when i used it to find my black sludge i found it on my second trubbish as opposed to the 25 it took me without it in another hack but yeah I might try to do some more solid testing now.

Magnemite hold Metal coats if your going for early Steelix, Rattata holds the berry that reduces normal attacks VERY helpful vs Noel, Horsea sometimes holds Dragon Scales, Diglet sometimes holds soft sand.
