  1. Go to the first Rejuvenation discussion thread and search ability capsule, you'll see the list that Shing made
  2. Yea there's already a list and that one is already on the list as well
  3. hmm i'm lost lol, when was this? and Adam-ite? Mega pokemon confirmed lol
  4. Hey guys remeber the blue haired guy that was with you from the prison (totally forgot his name lol), and he claimed that he was too strong for us to face him. What type do you think he is? I originally thought he was Water until we found out about Valarie. Im thinking Ground or Dragon, or something OP lol, and could we maybe expect to see him in V6?
  5. lol ikr that shit is soo annoying, all it does is spam feather dance and roost, but Pre-nerf Narcassia the God was by far the stupidest battle ever lol or I should say battles, that shit took like 70+ tries
  6. yea i was suprised when i still saw that list going around lol
  7. Top floor control room: Right side 1.1 - Left side 2.1 - Left side 3.1 - Left side You can tell which side it shifts to if you look closely, just try to get all the floors like this. Once you start skipping floors, for ex: jumping from the top floor all the way down to the 2nd floor, you know that you are progressing. These are signs that you have lined up the Top floor with the first floor, causing you to go straight to the second floor. Remeber to use the blue panels everytime you shift a floor and wanna test it out. This should be the correct formula
  8. Yea i actually dont know how they work either, and I wanna update my file so I can train with the breeder in Goldenleaf
  9. Blaziken - S rank, Overall probably the best starter. The ability capsules available in this game allow you to have Speed Boost, which is by far one of the best abilities in the game. It has great stats and an incredible move set. Strong moves such as Flare Blitz, HJK, and even Brave Bird. It also learns Bulk Up so you can easily have a strong setup mon. As of version 5 Blaziken probably puts in work in every single gym except Valarie's for obvious reasons.
  10. Nah I didn't specifically ev train Houndoom, but I like the way it's evs look, there's a lot of spe and spA, so no complaints from me lol and I chose it over I guess the popular pick Pyroar?(even though i have Lv 58 Pyroar lol) becuase I think Houndoom is a better pokemon in general and the darking type is nice as well
  11. Ampharos the God - definitely S rank worthy, when pre-nerf Narcassia was still around, Ampharos saved my life, ever since then Ampharos has played a huge role in every Gym/Important battle. It has great bulk and attacking power, the ability to thunder wave and confuse it's opponents is great. Ampharos's moveset is incredible, it provides many opportunities for new strategies in difficult fights. It has particular move, that is very underrated, which is Charge. This raises the SpD stat and boost power of electric type moves, this strat pretty much destroyed Valarie. Hitmonlee/Hitmonchan - A rank, these fighting types are probably some of the best you have access to. Great attack stat, pretty decent defenses, and a speed stat that can prove helpful. The main reason why they outclass many of the other fighting types available, is becuase of their speed. They are able to get off powerful attacks like CC and HJK, without having to take a hit first. Accompanied by the TM Bulk Up received after fighting Spirit Keta, Their already good movesets can become much more powerful. Not to mention Hitmonchan gets the elemental punches. Weezing - C rank, It's a decent pokemon overall, and can potentailly fill in that "missing thing" on your team. It has great physical defense and can hit pretty hard with sludge bomb, it was pretty help vs the 3rd gym, but one of the best things about Weezing is the fact that it gets explosion. I know you are all thinking "why would we want to use that?" and i'll tell you. This game is hard, and sometimes you need to kill the pokemon in front of you no matter what in order to win in the long term. For ex: during the Ren double battle, I had to use explosion just to take out the Greninja and Deoxy, killing my own pokemon in the process lol, but it was worth it to win the battle.
  12. wait there's a Ev trainig center? LOL i actually had no idea
  13. Welcome to the Pokemon Rejuvenation EV Training thread. This thread provides the best places to EV train your pokemon for the gruesome difficulty of this game and also for those who love to use competitive pokemon. For those who do not know maximum EVs for 1 pokemon is 508. Before you start EV training I suggest downloading Cheat Engine, not for cheating of course, but to speed up the proccess. Since there is no speed up button like VBA, using this program will help things go way quicker. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!) Tutorial: To start off I do want to say (if you don't already know) there is an EV training center in Gearen City. As of right now, every stat is now available. They all don't come for free though. In the beginning, Speed and HP are available, you'll need to unlock the others as you progress in the game. SPE: Pikachu - 2 Spe EVs, Charmander - 1 Spe EV, and Voltorb - 1 Spe EV HP: Clefairy – 2 HP EVs, Jigglypuff - 2 HP EVs, and Caterpie - 1 HP EV ATK: Beedrill - 2 Atk EVs, 1 SpD EV, and Victeerbel - 3 Atk EVs(Be careful here, if you dont want any SpD EVs on that pokemon only battle the Victeerbel) DEF: Graveler - 2 Def EVs, Weezing - 2 Def EVs SpA: Girafarig - 2 SpA EVs, Vileplume - 3 SpA EVs, Sunflora - 2 SpA EVs SpD: Coming soon EV Training Berries: Now I'll go into how to unlock the other stats here (Card Guide) : Now, for the best local EV training areas. (Use these if you do not have access to the cards yet) HP: Area: Literally everywhere. For these EVs you battle breeder trainers, they have 3 Audino which equal 6 HP EVs and the Audino provide good exp as well so this is great for EV training low level pokes. Note: The level of the Audino vary depending on your location, the earlier the location the lower the level. (This one happens to be in Sheridan Village) Pokemon: Audino – 2 HP EVs ATTACK: Area: Corta Forest, (Cut Required) Pokemon: Bibearl – 2 Atk EVs, Weepingbell – 2 Atk EVs, Tranquil - 2 Atk EVs DEF: Area: Early Location - Goldenwood Forest(after reaching Goldenleaf Town), Later Location - Valor Mountain (Heated up) Pokemon: (Early Location) Spewpa - 2 Def EVs, (Later Location) Torkal - 2 Def EVs, Magcargo - 2 Def EVs, and Graveler - 2 Def EVs Early Location: Later Location: SpA: (DO NOT USE) Due to the reconstruction of Terajuma this is likely not here anymore, will update with replacement soon Area: Deep Terajuma Jungle, (MUST complete the Bridge quest from the help center in Kakori Village) There are Vileplume all over the jungle, but I found this to be the easiest/quickest method, I call this the rinse repeat method. 1.) Kill Vileplume, 2.) grab Spice Powder, 3.) go inside the area right next to the Spice powder, 4.) Vileplume should come back and repeat. (I must say i'm proud of myself for figuring this one out xD) Pokemon: Vileplume – 3 SpA evs SpD: Area: Early Location - Terajuma Shore, Later Location - Valor Mountain (Cooled down) (Surf Required) Pokemon: (Early Location) Dustox - 3 SpD EVs, (Later Location) Dewgong - 2 SpD EVs and Seel 1 SpD EV Early Location: Later Location: Spe: Area: Early Location - Narcissa's Gym, Later Location - Route 3 (Surf required) Pokemon: (Early Location) Raticate - 2 Spe EVs, (Later Location) Basculin - 2 Spe EVs Early Location: Later Location: Note: The later locations are the better and faster places to EV train becuase most of them don't share encounter rates with other pokemon except Mount Valor when heated up( though the 3 pokemon listed there are pretty common). If there is no Early/Later location listed for a certain stat then that means that that area is the best place to ev train for this current version. Also, if you can you should get the exp.share. It is located in Melia's room inside the Gearen Lab. You will need Melia's room key though, which is found on the lowest level of Amethyst Cave where you battled the Dimensional Rift (interact with the bloody item). As you know the exp.share will make EV training low leveled pokemon much easier. MY EV TRAINING RECOMMENDATIONS: I hope this thread is helpful to everyone, have fun!
  14. looks like were all doing pretty good so far on intense, cant wait to see how bad Narcassia annihilates us lol
  15. Dang I must be lucky as hell then took me like 5 minutes lol, it had 30 atk and spe IVs too, but I knew Pancham would be more useful later on
  16. LOL, why would you think she was in the cave? Im pretty sure after the whole wispy incident, she said to go to her gym or it was heavily implied
  17. Train Slowpoke and evolve it into slowking, I believe you should have a king's rock and a link heart by now(this is only if you want to) But it'll help to tank those powerful water moves You can also get a mareep from Gearen City, Ampharos does wonders vs Valarie with Thunder wave/Charge/Discharge. Idk how you got stun spore, whether it was breeding or move tutor, but if you have access to the move tutor via Version 4, go teach Vivillion sleep powder over stun spore, you can probably set up quiver dances on Politoed and sweep her whole team.
  18. Eevee soon to be Espeon hopefully lol
  19. Yea when I was playing the AI switched tentacool in for no reason too, gave me a free hit and wasted all of her potions
  20. Not gonna lie the first gym wasnt as hard as i thought it was gonna be. Beat Venam on the 1st try with 3 pokes lol, im sure its becuase I have experience with the game already, so I kinda know what to expect from the gym leaders. I did expect to see the pokemon to at least reach the level cap so I was suprised when they didnt, but shit is probably gonna get real from here on out so let me not get too comfortable lol
  21. I say you leave it lol, the first gym should provide a great challenge
  22. LOL Jan is pure evil, the Breeder is gone in the intense version
  23. Milotic

    Version 5-5

Ive been waitin for this lol, looks like I won't be studying for finals
  24. A viability ranking topic would actually help a lot, becuase recently from what Ive seen in the gym leader help thread, people are having a hard time with gym leaders becuase they usually dont have a specific 1 or 2 pokemon to take them on.
