If you put enough speed EVs on Gardevoir it should be able to outspeed the Crobat. Luckily, the alleyways in Peridot, and the Railnet (Peridot side, enter from under the bridge) consist mostly of Pokemon that give speed EVs (i.e. Zubat, Stunky, Purrloin, Trubbish, etc, just avoid the Koffings in the alleyways)

Yep, for a start you should get Kirlia to Gardevoir, that'll help with most of Corey's Pokes. For the Skuntank, I guess Combusken will be your best choice unless you can be bothered training a Ground type (like Phanpy, which can be found outside Corey's gym). Kalina y u no add my FC >=o
