      Considering the state of the rankshifts, all of the Champions are weak to Rain, those strong against it are very low. Sand is more of a mixed bag.

      The "mixed bag" is probably your best bet. Having a little bit of everything and not being so reliant on one tactic is best for adaptability to each leader.
