what kind of story? Is it just fiction you came up with over time? 60 year history sounds interesting depending on what it's about.

Fool please, I once created an RP whose world history stretched back several thousand years all the way to the very beginning of the planet, and then even many more years beyond that to the time of the reigning God himself

And most of that history, especially the pre-world stuff, figured directly into the plot and current conflict and thus had to be fully fleshed out to boot...
