(From Breeding) So I've been trying to hatch just a female Eevee or a shiny Eevee. The shiny Eevee I'm not surprised I haven't found one yet, but I have not found a single dang female Eevee from soft resetting before hatching. Are the basic qualities of Pokemon (gender, etc) determined once you obtain the egg or does RNG hate me? (yes I'm aware of the 87.5%-12.5% Male to Female gender ratio)

Joined Aqua, stole a pokemon and evolution stone, kicked out magma, started the zorua hunt. Where I am in the story, I'm getting medicine for "Nostra". Do I have to wait until I'm further in the story? Archer says whenever I talk to him "With Magma Gang out of the way perhaps we can finally get back to normal... If you ever need something from us, [insert Character Name Here], you just say the word. He's been saying that for about 48 hoursish now since I finished the Gang quest and progressed in the main story. What do?

Yeah you can never go wrong with touhou music... I've never heard of Crow's Claw... Aya or okuu ^^ ... but prefer neutral, Yuuhei Satellite, and T. Stebbins (mostly eurobeat)... Iosys and Silver Forest are classic ones too ^^
