  1. A serious question would be a question that is honest and legitimately inquisitive in nature, bearing and causing no jokes or otherwise humorous word choices. I became quite bored of it....well, there was little for me to do besides levelling up some weapons I barely liked, and doing the raid. I could never get enough people for the raid. Also, I refuse to get the DLC as I believe that it is overpriced. Either way though, I would have stopped playing it, because I tend to put a lot of time into a game and then need to stop playing it for a while; it's in my nature to behave in such a manner, and I am the same way regarding other things in life, including hobbies, passions, and even relationships. I do not easily commit to anything, no matter how much I actually want to, because I am often strongly driven to pursue other endeavors. I was not aware that there would be a new one. Unless it plays games that my regular 3ds does not, I would not even consider purchasing a new one. Wait, okay, I looked it up...there will be some games that are only playable on the new one. Wow. Well, if ever I desperately want one of them, I might get it.
  2. I'm probably only around 500. Most of them have been very long RPGs and MMOs that take up a lot of time, otherwise it'd probably be much higher.
  3. I saw that Inuki had the joke one and figured it'd be interesting if we had something for actual, serious questions. Anything you want to know about me, or my thoughts, or my past, or any of my secrets, I'll tell you about here if you ask. If you want my thoughts or my opinions on anything, seriously though, ask here. I don't want this to be silly though, and I can't stress that enough. I think it will be interesting if we have this as a serious thread, and also, if anybody wants to know anything about me, they can just ask and I'll answer any questions honestly.
  4. How do you use real emotions? Is it something I can be taught, or will I learn it via level-up someday?
  5. Now hold on...KH games can be very easy or very hard depending on the set difficulty but also, moreso, on the amount of grinding you do. I've done runs of both main games in which I only kill enemies I feel that I have to kill, or at least, I ignore most enemies and I never grind. If you do this, you get through the story pretty quickly, but I remember fighting Xaldin at around level 30, and that was bad. It was tough as hell. Fighting Sephiroth at lv40-ish in either game is absurdly difficult though. Especially in KH1, without the special commands. Anyway, I'm hoping to see....actually, nothing, really. I know they'll have a wonderful combat system. I know they'll have some great worlds. I can't reallly say I want anything in particular in KH3. Also, call me crazy, but I loved the card system in RE:COM and would love to see that again in the future, perhaps in another spinoff game.
  6. Oh shit. It does exist, then. I knew the forum was changed around a bit but didn't think it would be over where the pokemon stuff has always been. Whoops. Radio Tower used to be the place for game stuff, then it was broken into 2 sections, I thought it just ended up back into one again. Well, can I move this somehow, or what?
  7. I am very excited for this game, because I've heard that it's one of the greatest games ever made and that it has a wonderful story. That said, I never actually played the original. Also, I know a few people who have never even heard of this game. I was wondering what people here know of it, and if they have played it or heard of it. Also, I'm wondering if anybody else is excited about the Remastered edition that is coming out on the 27th.
  8. Well, Tokyo Ghoul and Durarara have a second season that will start airing in a few short weeks.
  9. Hmm...well, people have been telling me for years to seriously review films. This seems to be an excellent opportunity and place for it. A question though, Tacos, should they only be for movies that are or have recently been in theaters? I'd be happy to review any film I have seen, but I worry about apparent randomosity scaring off potential readers. Also, should there be a space for serious debates? If so, would that belong here? What are your thoughts on the matter, and perhaps the style of reviews that should be written? Some reviewers are very personal and self-referential in their reviews of media products, while others may be serious, cold, and harsh, and others still will be lighthearted and humorous in reviews that condemn or laud the item in question. I can adapt to any of these, but a consistent mix or a significant degree of variation could quickly destroy the reputation and reliability of a reviewer; generally they will find their place on the field and maintain it without straying far. I definitely want more information about this idea, but regardless I find myself very excited to possibly participate; as many people here probably realize by now, there's little I love more than a wonderfully detailed and complex opinion.
  10. Psycho Pass season 2 is pretty great so far. If ya haven't seen the first season and started on the second, ya ought to do that pretty soon. Fantastic sci-fi crime drama anime series.
  11. I'll just leave this here then, as what I might consider to be my current favorite song: It's not rap or hip hop or techno or anything like that, and it's very orchestral. It seems notable that I have no idea how to put something in a spoiler section, so i'll just do this and hope Cowtao decides to fix my post Who needs to wait for the cows to come home? Baaaa~
  12. I'm going to have to contradict you by saying that they are extremely different series, in plot development, style, and character development. They are like two anime series set in the same universe that have some characters in common. One is a bit of an epic/action series, while the other is a mystery/suspense series. Both are quite good in my opinion. I won't attempt to claim that there is no merit in watch the other one regardless of which one you watched, because they really are very different, although they have a few events in common. They are completely different after around 25 episodes for the original series and I think 20 or so for Brotherhood. Sheep, have you seen Eden of the East? It's wonderful, very dialogue-heavy drama. It gets a lot of criticism but i'll recommend it.
  13. What did you say? Sorry, I wasn't listening.
  14. Bah, I think I still prefer Nations over PZA. PZA is....so odd. All this bidding and gambling and choosing. Not my style, probably.
  15. I don't think people should even be labelling their political views. Seriously, we shouldn't have categories for such thinngs, nor should we have these 2 parties that most politicians belong to. Dp you know how many independent presidents we have had in history? Zero. (George Washington does not count.) Now we're in a lot of standstills because of petty bickering and nonsense, where group A and group B refuse to get along or compromise. I'm not liberal or libertarian or left or right or anything, I won't classify myself that way.
  16. It's okay Rosesong, because someday, if you're really good and honest, you can become a real girl!
  17. Is it bad that I want to join this one mainly because of the color? ...inb4 Cyan gets 100 members and the others have less than 10. Cyan is love, Cyan is life.
  18. I have the entire Mirai Nikki soundtrack, all full versions of songs. It's pretty damn wonderful.
  19. Most every? Could you elaborate? I'm wondering now which ones you love and which ones you hate, specifically. Also...I love Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and The Green Mile is great too. I hope we get a new Frank Darabont film soon.
  20. Perhaps this is the wrong approach to take, but honestly....I don't understand most of these reactions. If somebody's not straight, I don't go "oh...you're one of those people" or "congratulations on coming to terms with it"... This is one of those things that is a part of who a person is and...it just shouldn't make a difference in any regard besides romantic interest. I truly hope that nobody looks at you differently for this because it shuoldn't matter if somebody's straight or gay or pansexual. I think someday we will reach a point where people won't think to say something like that, they'll just pursue whoever they want to romantically and/or sexually, and nobody will bat an eye. If you're attracted to a person regardless of biology, that's fine. If you're only attracted to people born with certain biological traits, that's fine too. I suppose I treat this with the same regard I treat race.....everything is fine and it doesn't affect the way I see anybody. Please note, i'm not being negative here, I just don't really understand why everybody else seems to look at this as some sort of revelation, when to me, any sexual preference, regardless of what it is, should be as generally relevant as preferences with food. However, admittedly, I am unrealistically idealistic.
  21. I'm just going to leave this link here.... http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/71434186/0/0
  22. For the record, it's generally every 10-15 episodes...the long ones like Naruto and Detective Conan have at least 40 by now I think. It's something to get used to, and sometimes I like the theme and sometimes I don't. Admttedly, when there's one I really like and then it changes to one I don't, I agree, it's annoying. Props for watching Mirai Nikki though, definitely one of my favorites. Also, I am pretty irritated by the fanservice, especially in shows where it seems way out of place, like Fairy Tail. (Something to note here: Detective Conan has virtually no fanservice. It's glorious.)
  23. Hoestly....I was looking for a Pokemon-themed online game with significant social aspects, and after a bit of searching, downloaded Pokemon Online out of curiosity. When I got in, I saw the main server which had WAY too many people, some non-english servers, some with only a couple, and Pokemon Reborn...and I went there. I went to a lot of others here and there over time as well, but mainly Reborn. I suppose I joined for the pokemon stuff but stayed for the people and for the wonderful social design, with great conversatons and fun times. Keep in mind though, this was long before the game started, and i'm actually surprised by how many people were brought here by it somehow.
  24. I like all of those musicals...although not so much for the Sound of Music anymore. Seen it too much, probably. Still all over pop culture too.
