Do you know what OU stands for? Overused. Meaning that it's the tier for mons that have the highest usage stats overall once Ubers are taken away. As for what Ubers is, Ubers is a banlist, not a tier. It doesn't matter if something is good in Ubers, if it's too good for OU, it's put into Uber. If you think something is used too much, play a lower tier.

People said the same thing as Shadow Tag Chandelure and look how that turned out. So long as it was around, things like Scizor, Ferrothorn, and Skarmory has to run Shed Shell to stand a chance. As for Mega Blaziken, if normal SB Blaze should be banned, that would by default make MegaBlaze banned. Mega Kanga get's +2 Attack while also dealing damage twice each turn. That's pretty broken. Mega Scizor in some cases isn't even worth using your Mega slot for. A lot of the time you'll want that for something that brings a different role to the team, whereas Mega Scizor is just Scizor but bulkier. With Mega Lucario, there's a reason it's suspect on Beta right now. After 1 Nasty Plot it can 2HKO Eviolite Chansey. Keep that in mind.

Good logic behind it, but that still doesn't make said logic truly valid or the build itself actually viable without a good amount of situational things and a teamcomp to work around it.

While your synergy is thought out, that doesn't make this a solid team. There are better SR leads, you're completely wasting Scizor by making him almost completely defensive EV wise, Volcarona > Vivillon, and finally Honch and Digger are unreliable. The only thing on this team that looks like it would work properly 100% of the time is Tentacruel. Don't get me wrong, it's fine to be unique and have fun with your teams. It's good that this isn't a standard Copy + paste team from Smogon/where ever. However, this team is unreliable at best and needs a lot of work because it won't work when going against more standard sets if the opponent has any knowhow of going against it.

While your arguement does have some validity, you're still being closed-minded. Smogon themselves may not have any say over offcial Wifi rulings, but if a community, such as say PokeCommunity or Serebii, uses their rules for their tournies and leagues, then you are required to follow said rules even if you're playing on the DS.

A good few of them may be arrogant, but your post smells with the stench of hypocrasy in that regard. Their tiers are arranged by usage minus a few exceptions, as are PO's, as are almost all tier lists. Calling that stupid would be calling a good portion of all metagames stupid and therefore a very ignorant statement. I have no problems with Smogon, if anything you can thank them for competitive pokemon being as popular as it is. My problem is that people tend to gravitate towards the top tier mons/teams, but then again that has nothing to do with Smogon but rather people wanting to win above all else.

Have gotten Shiny Mareep, Dragalge, Dragonair, Gyarados, Alomamola, and Remoraid in Y. If you really want shinies, just do a lot of hoard encounters or get good at chain fishing or even PokeRadar chaining. It's a lot easier in XY than it is in any other of the games.

That wouldn't make a difference for her Mid lane. It doesn't really solve any problems and is nothing but an overall nerf to the champion herself. You can't change one without changing the other when it comes to her bot and mid presence.
