When attacking a monster, this also restores 6% of your missing Mana. Also, a new Chroma Pack has popped up on PBE: Headhunter Master Yi Strike Gold Aqua Crimson

I started battling competitively in early 2012, if memory serves. I used to do it quite a bit, mainly in UU back during the B/W 2 days. But real talk, the Reborn community killed the interest I had in such through the numerous happenings. Peoples' salt got annoying, and I moved on to other important things.

It isn't usually bad, but there are numerous factors that come into play when considering buying the item, such as the champion you're playing, the threats the enemy team possesses, and the team comp that you have. I personally do not buy Rabadon's on support Lux; I feel like Luden's and/or Morello's helps her get by just fine if the situation calls for damage. The best users of Deathcap as a support champ imo are Karma and Zilean due to their insane ratios.

Lucent Singularity at max rank is tied with Fizz's Playful/Trickster for second highest mana cost out of all abilities in the game. Only Karthus's Requiem costs more.

I don't have high hopes for a Gears of War game showing up at E3 this year, since Epic (the developer) is currently taking its time with Unreal Tournament 4 and stability updates with the latest Unreal Engine. If Gears of War showed up in any capacity, that'd be huge. PS, the Unreal Tournament 4 open alpha is still running, iirc. It's somewhere on unrealtournament.com in the forums, and is free to play. First, make sure your computer can handle it...it's pretty intense. UT4 itself will be a free-to-play game come release, with the profits from user-generated mods in the mod marketplace (yes, made by scrubs like you and I) split between Epic and the mod author. Or so the story goes.

It may switch to Hyper Beam if a type disadvantage arises. A viable tactic is to send out a Poke that has a Super-effective STAB on Abra while resisting its Dark Pulse - some examples of good pokes for this include Blaziken, Krookodile, and Houndoom, which I believe are all obtainable before said fight. (will have to check on Krookodile). This forces Abra into a tough spot - if it uses Dark Pulse, you can blast it with something strong in return. If it uses Hyper Beam, something potentially stronger can come out next and take a huge chunk out of it.

It has only two moves: Hyper Beam and Dark Pulse PULSE Abra is still extremely weak defensively for its level and you can crush its health with a super-effective attack Since Hyper Beam almost always KOs whoever it hits, it's an opportunity to send in a hard hitter to get a solid hit in while it takes a turn to recharge Paralysis really screws with it, so consider a suicide Thunder Wave lead (Magnezone can take a hit from either move like a boss)

Very well spoken, Rez. I am, however, going to echo Kurotsune and suggest that you forward your concern on this matter to an auth like Dan or Tacos, for they are the best audience for your concerns. And like magicsam said, this is a strong community. It shouldn't happen very often if ever, so you might want to suggest bringing it up to someone if such an incident ever occurs and is worthy of attention.

Varus mid is exceptional in both the early- and late-game, but junglers with high early pressure (Jarvan, Pantheon, etc) wreck him. His mid-game weakness is also easily exploited.

Was strong before Cinderhulk nerfs. Just okay now, and even considered inferior to Jarvan in some team comps.

I have a feeling that Nintendo will lay it down this year at E3. There is so much hype surrounding them, they aren't about to let anyone down, especially if they are forgoing any announcements for The Legend of Zelda, mobile games, or amiibos. Something big is going to be happening, seems like. Fans of the Fire Emblem, Monster Hunter and Star Fox series should especially pay attention to E3 this year. Those are the only series where we're near guaranteed to get more information on upcoming games (Fire Emblem -working title-, Monster Hunter Cross, Star Fox for Wii U). Mario Maker is going to be playable at Best Buy stores, so keep an eye out for that as well. Also expect information on Xenoblade X. Watch for Retro Studios as well. They are allegedly working on "a Wii U game with a new engine" which is expected to be a new Metroid or, less likely, a new F-Zero game. We'll see, if and when the Texas studio shows up at E3 this year.

Roy is technically first party as Intelligent Systems and HAL Laboratory (Roy's creating studios) are exclusively Nintendo studios in a similar fashion to EAD, SPD, etc. It's difficult to distinguish between first party and second party sometimes when it comes to Nintendo, so I'mma let that slide...for now. It also takes time to explain it, as far as Nintendo's concerned it's pretty strange anyway and it's too late in the night for me to explain. EDIT: Talked to IRL friend. He says that the second-party characters in SSB4 are the Pokemon, Dark Pit, and Shulk.

Roy...well the fan base could support him, but there's a number of things in his way. Namely his popularity, which isn't quite Lucas-level, and the fact that he's got a name conflict now, which may see a transition of the character to Eliwood, which wouldn't be the worst... Isaac...I dunno why he isn't in Smash yet. I feel like there's a spot in Smash for him, so let it happen! Ridley will never be a playable character in Smash Bros as fitting him in a Smash-like game would be extremely awkward and difficult, since he's flying, huge, and surprisingly one-dimensional. His role in Pyrosphere will likely be as good as it gets. The only thing I'm putting my money on is the next returning character to be announced for DLC, that being Wolf. Such a boss in Brawl. I want him back...
