You're thinking of the triggering of Varus's W skill by his other Abilities. Then again it can do a shit-ton of damage if you hit 400-ish AP. Varus's ult only does 350 + 100% AP (though it spreads to other enemies to a resounding "oh my god" and/or "holy shit") EDIT: Oh right, forgot about that.

I'd use the Black Cleaver anyhow as it contaons the Brutalizerwhich I almost always grab it as one of my first items on melee champs, and it's an undeniable earlygame step up whether you are stomping the enemy or not.

Try Mordekaiser. He's pretty swish, not to mention rather easy. EDIT: This may or may not be helpful for you should you choose the Metal Master.

My humble opinion is a bit late, but better late than never! You're going to have a problem with Electric-types, especially when Ludicolo's gone. The first two that come to mind are Thundurus and Zapdos (perhaps Jolteon as well) but a fair amount of them can leave a gaping hole in the team with BoltBeam coverage; Scizor is not going to save you in most cases. I don't know if the Zone or Magneton could fit nicely on the team, but it could nicely improve your team especially considering the coverings-off of its weaknesses. Also, if you lose the weather war, you lose the freaking weather war. While Grass is covered off nicely, Politoed needs better protection than he has. Again, Magnezone and co do well. But you may also want to look at some Electric immunities like Scarf Thundurus-T, that can do reasonably well at taking down threats on sand teams (I'm looking at Tyranitar). Two Water-type attacks is never cool. It's not cool on Kingdra, it's not cool on Ludicolo. That said, Focus Blast is indeed your better option for Ludicolo over...pick one. You can get rid of Hydro Pump, but sometimes you'll miss that extra oomf. On this one...about an 8.5/10

That feel when trying out a new Ashe build which will probably get me shot. EDIT: Still toying with it, but it has Spirit of the Elder Lizard + Statikk Shiv + Runaan's Hurricane. Combine it with Edge and *insert last item here*. Sounds pretty stupid, but so much late game damage and slows. It wins teamfights surprisingly easily.
