    Took me a while but finally got my first win in For Glory. Won with Falco over Bowser. Doesn't change the fact that I still suck right now though.

      You will get better, it is nothing to worry about. Fighting games seem to be very much about playing a lot to get practice, even more so than things like League imo since you can't rely on anybody but yourself in a 1v1.
