Speculation is that new Sion's voice is Patrick Seitz. Seitz is also Rengar, Renekton, Lucian and Kog'Maw, but most notably he is the voice of Garrosh Hellscream, the inspiration for Sion's design.
It might have some influences there....kinda annoying people are saying he is a direct copy pasta....which he isn't, but having the same voice actor....that is weird lol.
