we have VGC 2009 and 2010 so im not understanding why we will be having smogon tiers if we add VGC 2012/2013

(not this set the one above) misa (Celebi) @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Zen Headbutt - Sucker Punch - Seed Bomb - Swords Dance this set is pretty unorthodox but thats where the element of surprise kicks in : P. Seed Bomb and Zen Headbutt is for stab damage while sucker punch gives Celebi priority and an edge against faster pokemon. The coverage it self is pretty horrible since steel types will have no problem resisting all of moves so its good to be paired up with a chandaleur. Quick suggestion would be to teach politoed encore so that it would help breloom set up since ice beam only comes in handy against grass and dragon poke but why would you stay in against a grass poke and perish song plus protect already stop most dragon pokemon from setting up : P. il give more detailed analyses after i get better look : P.

Give stoutland return just in case a smeargle with transform shows up and attempts to finish off your stoutland with return. Other than that it is a good team.

Snow cloak raises evasion by twenty percent, But a pokemon that holds zoom lens and is also slower than froslass (which is quite a lot of pokemons) will increase all of their moves by twenty percent, thus negating to snow cloak evasion raise. But weavile is super fast - even faster than froslass- in which case the only item you could untilize to increase accuracy would have been wide lens which only increases it by a measly ten percent. This means that there is no accuracy increasing item that would have increased weavile accuracy to one hundred percent against snow cloak D:. I kinda lucked out on the weavile sweep .
