To everyone's amazement these haven't been posted anywhere before- we generally just say that our rules are a mesh of our server rules and typical forum etiquette. If you know both of those things, then you should be just fine. However, so that everyone is clear, here are some guidelines: Be respectful No chatspeak No trolling No derogatory language No advertising No overtly sexual content English only Necroposting: If new information comes to light in an old topic and it's useful to post, then this is okay. However, there's no reason to post a casual remark, such as a greeting or agreement, in a topic that's more than a couple months old. Double posting: If there is a reason people need to see the topic again after a long period of time after your old post, this is okay. For instance, suppose you were the last post in an Art thread but made a new drawing several days later and want to post it- fine. However if you're making several posts in a row all at once, there's no reason those shouldn't be kept to a single reply. Signature length: Our general rule is two-trainer card heights (not counting your trainer card). If it's longer than that, consider a Scroll or Spoiler tag. Quality of replies: Make sure each reply is on topic and has a purpose beyond simply saying you agree with something or think it's cool. If you must post those sorts of things, at least elaborate on why you agree, etc. You earn $R for each post, so make sure your post is worth the $R. If there are any questions on exactly what these mean, you are, of course, free to ask for clarification.

The goal actually wasn't to weaken them, but it occurred to me canon game rivals don't use potions, so it didn't make sense for me to include them. This is valuable feedback though; How about the other rivals? Any specific battles that feel too week? Do others agree/disagree?

Reborn's Pickup is now no longer based on a canon game's. This was the change I made to it before Episode 10 that accidentally broke it. Starmie as a Pokemon was never edited. I just assumed it could learn Calm Mind, which was a huge fail. Sorry about that. Since been fixed, too.

so here is deal Now that 10.5 is out, turning my attention to getting our online league back in order. One of the things that needs to be done is we need to put 6th gen Pokemon into the trainer card generator, plus their shiny forms. Which means we need all the shiny sprites done for 6th gen NOW, I already have a lot of Shiny sprites done for Reborn, but Reborn has customized shinies. On one hand, most people seem to agree that these customizations are pretty cool. On the other...? Well, they're inaccurate, so users not interested in the game, or users that come to use the Trainer Card generator for their own purposes may be disappointed when the shiny colorations are "wrong". So here's the option: I can either re-use Reborn's shinies for the Trainer Card generator (would only be affecting 6th gen shinies) or I can spend time recolouring all of the 6th gen Pokemon to their canonical shiny palettes for the Trainer Card generator. In either case, the game itself will be unaffected, although if I spend time doing extra recolours for the site, it'll take more time, which means I won't get to working on the next episode as soon. On the other hand using 6th gen shinies for both the game and site will serve two purposes which means that those alterations will make it into the game faster. Basically: Using Reborn shiny sprites- Pros: They look cooler probably, this will be a lot quicker; Cons: Technically "wrong" Using canon shiny sprites- Pros: Correctness and continuity with existing shiny sprites; Cons: Going to take a while longer So my question is, as seen in the poll, how much do you guys care about this one way or another?
