I can confirm that the Absol does not appear for me either. No matter what the time. You sure it doesn't appear on certain days?

It's 8:49 PM where I am and it's snowing, but Absol isn't appearing in my game either.

Is it possible the weather down at the main Reborn City has something to do with it? Mine turned into Sunny when I booted up the game, but Agate Circus onwards is in a constant state of hail.

You need the Ill-fated Doll. It's found in the Beryl Library. I think you can figure out the rest from that picture.

Well thats lame. I had to figure this out on my own like vinny. Honestly like finding stuff that youre looking for leads you to finding a bunch of other stuff. its never fun if someone is telling you where to get stuff, you lose a lot of the adventure

You just need a special item from some place around beryl (won't tell you it's name or location) and then visit the spot where absol should be during night time

Hey, has anyone checked out that new building in beryl? It's like a library of sorts. I dunno when it appeared but now it's there.

Yes, that is the library in which you get the ill fated doll, needed to make the Absol appear. No doubt they've been there, seeing as it has already been stated that you need it, and its location.
