darkwaters33 Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 Is flash cannon in this game, cause i chose piplup as my starter because of empoleons large pool of resistances but its movepool is lacking. Im only on gym number 4 so if theres not any real good tms in the game for empoleon to learn ill probably just start over with a new starter

Em... No. Flash Cannon is avaible after defeating Titania - 15th Gym Leader. Currently the last one is Hardy (17th) 1
