Chris247 Posted September 3, 2021 Share Posted September 3, 2021 Ok so if its in the Neo version it seems there is no more the person there that tells you how friendly it is , but I am pretty confident in the original East Gearen City in the PetalSalon there is a person there that tells you how friendly the pokemon , is . I dont have a save file before Neo East Gearen , but its a building near the truck guy in that area . If I am mistaken about being a person there before Neo East gearen city then I apologize .
