Racermannen Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 I saw someone say that you receive Eevee after completing all of the Help Quest in Kristiline Town. However I recently finished all of them and did not receive an Eevee. I am on V13.0.3.

I loaded up an earlier version of V13, talked to the clerk and received Eevee! So I guess something has gone wrong when updating the game
