RogueEgg 0 Posted August 16 Share Posted August 16 I have been looking for a good way to get ability capsules to well, change the abilities of my mons. I know that there is a vendor somewhere as i have seen people talk about it, however I don't know where. Can someone tell me where it is? I am playing on the latest version and am about to go up against Amber. Do I have to complete more of the story to unlock the vendor? Link to post Share on other sites
Edo 153 Posted August 16 Share Posted August 16 (edited) It's buyable in the Department store in GDC, so not available until at least badge 10 edit: well it's on the 7th floor, so pretty much towards the end of the game.
