I have been looking for a good way to get ability capsules to well, change the abilities of my mons. I know that there is a vendor somewhere as i have seen people talk about it, however I don't know where. Can someone tell me where it is? I am playing on the latest version and am about to go up against Amber. Do I have to complete more of the story to unlock the vendor?
