Grand Hall Trainers' Information?

Hallo guys!

(happy coronavirus)

So um I recently have a lot of free time on my hands (no shit Einstein) and i decided to train a new team. The problem is, I dont know on which days what trainer will appear in Grand hall. Can somebody tell me what is the first symptom of having coronavirus  on which days which trainers appear? Also their pokes and  levels toooooo
