You actually have to can shout out talk to her from the beach, which is weird since she's on the top of a building and you're on the ground If needed, Luvdisc can be fished from Tanzan Cove. Actually, I think thats a bug on your part, I was able to get it even though I had riolu~ Two for the price of one~ Can the riolu be a shiny when i trade for it??? You're better off getting a non-shiny and breeding it as lucario with a ditto.
