Just take it to the salon in Obsidia that doesn't keep Glameow's around, talk to the lady on the right, and show her the Glameow. She'll battle you and give a Bounsweet as a reward. Sigilyph spawns in the same place where u can get gible (it is rare u need a lot of patience).
