no you can get the natu from this place as long as you have the ill fated doll just interact with the totem you can get it but u may need to shuffle between different Pokemon so you'll need multiple dolls

IV's / EV's / Nature doesn't matter, i just need it to finish the pokedex and i can't find or get them. - corsola -azurill -zorua / Zoroark (did the event but killed by accident)
