Sweet. Not working for me yet tho. Have my Galvantula fainted in the front, frisk noibat as second, found nothing yet.

My Frisk Noibat for some reason don't check the Dragon Scale, I just catch it for breed and found out that it had and the Dragon Scale

It should be working, that's odd. The only thing I can think of as to why it wouldn't be working is that if your mon is holding a item, Frisk wouldn't activate.

I don't have Episode 11 for you, but I do have Episode 9. Regardless, Gyarados was still available then.

Did you use the specific weathers and spoke to the guy in the building with the stairs?

The guy is only available in the Rain and Mudkip only in clear weather(I believe). But those should be mentioned in the video.

I just beat Radomus and he told me to go to the 7th street. I googled around a bit and found out that i need to talk to the aqua leader about it, but he just keeps talking about wanting to raid the magma base. So here comes my question, where the HECK is the magma base? I don't know how im missing it but i simply cant find it.

Ah so reaching 7th street assumes that you've already done the first half of this mini questline. So the Magma base is East of the Grand Staircase, not actually in Lapis.

Yeah, it's to the right of the Grand Staircase. Go all the way to the right, then up, it's a really tiny alleyway.

Okay, quick question, Im in the hole Saphira bursts through in Tanzan mountain and im looking at all these little steps right? So, where do i go from here to find the Yeryuyu key thing? Please help

You can't get the Yureyu key until you beat Fern. And yes it is after you beat Fern, who is just up ahead, not the next gym leader. I've tested it for myself. Unless Amethyst changed it, that's what you have to do. After beating Fern, bring rock smash back to where Saphira came from and strength as well.
