wcv 159 Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 It still is, no way is Ame programming a second event for her bitter enemy. You need the Rose Incense on a sunny or clear afternoon (I think). Budew will be running on the wall above the train tracks at the top of the Peridot Ward. Once you get back to the city though the event probably won't fire anymore.
