IVs, nature etc. don't matter, just gender. I'd also appreciate a female Volbeat, for the same reason; but my priority is a female Nincada/Ninjask. Hey, and while I'm at it: I'd love a Dratini, this one for use -- so with good IVs. If you only have time for one of those three, I really want the Nincada/Ninjask.
