You are right, you cant earn it in EP 16. You can obtain it from other players tho.

Goodluck ! 

Would fire color schemed pokemon like vulpix/charizard be considered red? Most pokemon seem to hover around reddish-brown or reddish-orange. Except for scizor and throh.. Maybe I'm being too strict with whats considered red?

To see a full list of red pokemons, u can simply go over reborn.psim.us and type /ds red,all in a chatroom.

Sorry but archeops is gen5! I'll accept it tho since u probably didnt notice I edited it to gen 6! We can replace it with aromatisse anyways so never mind it!

Omg I read gen 5.... Wow I'm just making such a mess of this. I noticed you have gible as well which afaik is also unavailable in ep. 16, so give me another try for him? Haha

 

Also I have some Timid 5 IV rotoms I could trade since your list only has Jolly I noticed

What do you exactly mean by breeding rejects? :D

 

I do think they have correct egg moves for their play styles. Belly drum might be an overkill for clefable and I'll fix chansey by adding seismic toss

My thread doesnt have such pokemons like dat. Every mon has correct nature / IV. Some of em has missing egg moves
