I used to think of sleep as wasted time, and after a bit it actually is. Biologically I need 5 REM cycles which is 6-7h to be fully functional. I can live with less, and during the week due to my heavy schedule and little time for other activities, which I steal from my sleep time

I require a LOT more than I get....

I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old, both who think that 4am is acceptable to get up and play lovely little terrors

I honestly have no clue. I can never quite keep track of the times I sleep and wake up at. And if I decide to sleep, it's almost always because I'm so tired that I would catch myself dozing off while doing other stuff. That and I'm usually being woken up by alarms in the morning.

I sleep less than 5 hours a day to maximize my time, My brain probably hates me for it but It's my life, or am I just the brain that's ok with no sleep. h lordy, I'm just a 10 pound ball of meat driving another large slab of meat.

High School got me just needing 7 hours. I am weird on weekdays, I want to sleep for 10 hours on weekdays but 8 hours on weekends. I blame my midnight sleeping schelude.
