soft resetting for event shinies

is it possible because i want to get shinies in pokemon rejuvenation that are events but im not sure if its possible, can you tell me if so because i dont think the game mechanics are the same thanks

if by events you mean 'pokemon you gain through methods other then finding them in the grass', such as buizel, then, yes, for the most part it is. I have a shiny buizel and its an event.

I'm pretty sure resetting for event shinies is possible. Mainly because each encounter is a fresh one, which makes it possible. Shinies still are reasonably rare in Reborn and Rejuv tho, so keep that in mind. :]

thank you! i knew that the events in reborn were shiny because im doing a all shiny challenge. ill keep this in mind for future reference. i had just got to the buizel and wondered if it was possible

Yup, the shiny roll happens when the encounter is engaged. Just speed the game up 4x and spam reset it until you get it. Doesn't take that long with the increased speed and increased shiny chance, but just pay attention!
The amount of times I accidentally reset out of muscle memory when a Shiny has finally appears is embarrassing lol.

Yes you can. As the others have said, all Pokemon seem to have a chance, so buckle your pants (or get the Shiny Charm.)
