Anyways, he rules to the rules game is very simple, we start with rule 1, say what the rule is, and go on till we hit 100 rules, (Note: there can be Rules that contradict other rules)
Ex: Rule 15: All Fire Type Pokemon Underused
Ex: Rule 49: All low Level Fire Types are OverUsed
