I'm going to guess Sirius cause he's Dubious, Steadfast in his goals, has a Brave Bird Honchcrow, burns souls with Fire, works for the bad guys (Dark) who make PULSE machines, and he likes to work (?).

I wanna say Archer? Also mine is a character from an online webseries. It's got a small fanbase, but the creator is well known for his works "Brawl Taunts" and "Super Freaking Parody Rangers".
