If you could make a pokemon...

So there are many fan games out there with fan made pokemon what I wonder is what you would make as a pokemon if you could, this includes evolutions of existing pokemon, mega evolutions of existing pokemon or completely original pokemon entirely that are not evolved from or into existing pokemon. So lemme start this off (sorry if this type of topic already exists didn't notice any when I looked)

Name: Mega-Garbodor
Ability: Heatproof
Type: Steel/Poison

Base Stats:

HP: 95
Attack: 105
Defence: 100
Special Attack: 95
Special Defence: 135
Speed: 45

Appearance (optional): Looks like a steel trash can falling apart with the metal stuck in pieces to the garbodor's trash bag like body.

de-volution sounds like a viable thing perhaps? maybe it changes backwards in ways that were possible but never were like a hidden ability its a hidden form

This Pokemon is laying around since gen1 and it is such a glorious, beautiful Unicorn (f*k Keldeo ò.ó) but Rapidash getting wings is long due (605 days to be precise)!
