You get it by getting the keycard (I forget where, but it is on the ground and a pickup) and using it on the door to the left of nurse joy in main hall. Most likely it's moved to a different location but I have absolutely no idea where to start looking. Does any anyone know where else it could be? With the remodeling of the entire game in V9 (which looks amazing btw), most of the areas have changed drastically. Pokemon have been added and removed to many areas and most the info provided from V8 probably won't correspond with the new version. The card guide, EV training center, and Berry info should remain the same though, and the training items have finally been introduced in Grand Dream City. But, feel free to see if the areas provided for EV training still work, I dont see why some of the stuff wouldn't be the same. A real update won't come for a while, since it would require me to actually replay and explore the whole game again. Anyways, have fun with the game and still feel free to use the thread to ask questions, exchange information, and such. Also, everyone if you have a place that you think is suitable for EV training (outside of the ev training center or, even better than the training center) please list them. List the area, pokemon, and EVs. It would really help the updating process. Where in the ruins is it? I believe this one is in the separate part of the cave. Go to Wispy path and surf across the first lake. There will be a place to rock climb.
