this Second RP of mine is just a little something I cooked up for me to do as I wait for my other one to take off. But I'll be sure to take this one just as serious. Here is the set up. The story takes place in an alternate space were humans never evolved and poke'mon are the dominant species. In this world there are 6 Kingdoms, The The Kingdom of Sky, The Kingdom of Land, The Kingdom of Sea, the Kingdom of Magic, The Kingdom of the Permafrost, and The Kingdom of the Underdark. They are all at War with one another to see witch one of them Shall gain the right to rule the world. Will your kingdom be the victor?

And now for the Rules and sign up.

Rules:

1. You may have multiple characters, but you can have a maximum of 6 at a time. if any of your own characters die or just "Leave" you may relpace them.

2. All characters can only be part of 1 of the 6 kingdoms. there fore each of your 6 characters CAN be part of different kingdoms.

3. A Character can not take any hostile action towards a player from an enemy kingdom without permission from their King. The Victor of this battle bust be agreed on between the two parties or the battle is Null and Void.

4.You CAN be a Mercenary, but you can not favor just one Kingdom. you can join up any faction regardless of your type this way

5. You CAN be a Wander, but you can not get involved with any conflicts unless you join up with a kingdom. you can join any nation regardless of your type this way.

6. In order to join a kingdom your character must meet the typing qualification (if there is one)

7. NO HUMANS! only Poke'mon

8. you Can be the ruler of a Kingdom or a High ranking officer. but it's first come first serve.

9. If you are going to use an HM or weather changing move you must get permission from the ruler of your kingdom

10. don't be a jerk, although there is combat in this RP verbal assaults to others is not tolerated

11. you May be a legendary poke'mon, but only if its on the "Allowed" list

12. you may start out fully evolved

13. you may have control of 1 king/queen.

Battle: Battles will be held on PM with a Mod and the participants. This way multiple battles can be held without crowding the IC Battle thread. Details such as moves, items and abilities need to be mentioned to the Mod privately. No changes will be made after the battle starts. During the battle, an attacker will say what they wish to do. The person being attacked will respond to that and use a move after that. Please try and keep this realistic. Mods will monitor the battle. Finally at the end either the Mod will decide who wins or the participants can come to an agreement. A summary will be posted by the winner in the Battle thread.

Trade: Trades between people are relatively simple. They will discuss and negotiate over PM what they want and then make one post in the IC thread giving the details.

Investigation: Investigation is mainly searching in unknown or familiar areas. As I have mentioned before, using any moves and actions will only have the results given by the Mod and not decided by the player. You can however suggest what you are looking for.

Scouting: In this, kingdoms can send their scouts on a pre determined path that must be mentioned in the IC thread. After this, the Mod will give any details that a scout can relay to his king.

Spying: Spies must notify Mods before spying on any kingdom. The abilities, moves of the spy and pokemon species will make a difference in their success rate. They will mention their target kingdom to the Mod over a PM and will get the result through it. All spying activity will be done on PMs, unless the spy has failed, in which case a post in the IC thread will be made by the Mod stating that the spy has been caught. Then the Kingdom can choose what to do with the spy.

Conquest: Conquests are large scale battles and must be presided over by the King/Queen/Captain/Commander of the Kingdoms taking part. Details about the army must be given by the respective Leaders to the Mod via PM. These include the number of troops and the rankings and species of them. No changes will be allowed once the Mod starts the conquest. After this the Leader of the troops will follow the same rules as that for a Battle.

Additional Rules:

Not following the mechanics will lead to penalties. These include but are not limited to, maiming, torture, death and being tickled by swablu wings.

Meta gaming will unleash Magikarps Revenge on you. I mean it. If you don’t know what that is check this.

Posts should have a minimum size of one paragraph. This would roughly mean four lines (not sentences, lines of text). Short posting may be allowed in rare cases. Try to avoid it. Failure to do so will result in getting hugged by Muk, amongst other things.

Bio: Not much is known about this Poke'mon, other than she has a History with The Emperor. She is a gentle soul, and it breaks her heart to see the poke'mon fighting the way they are. She only hopes that one day the world will one day be at peace, and poke'mon of all types can learn to live together. hence her loyalty to the Kingdom of Land

Kingdoms:

As I said before, there are 6 factions you can be a part of. but each of them has their own rules and regulations.

Kingdom of Sky: This Kingdom is located in the high mountains, As the name suggests you must have the "Flying" Typing or have the ability "Levitate" to be a part of this kingdom. If you are part of this kingdom you may use "Fly" with out permission from your King/Queen.

Kingdom of Sea: This kingdom is located at the bottom of an undersea cave. You must have the "Water" Typing in order to be part of this kingdom. Being loyal to this kingdom will allow you to use "Surf" without permission.

Kingdom of Land: This Kingdom is located in a dense forest. To be a Part of this Kingdom a poke'mon must be able to walk the land, meaning that even though one poke'mon is part Flying or water they can still live in this kingdom so long as they are terrastial. If you are part of this Kingdom you may use the move "Rock Smash" Without Permission from your Ruler.

Kingdom of Magic: This kingdom is located in a deep cave inside a mountain. To be a part of this kingdom you must be a either a "Dark", "Psychic", "Ghost, or "Fairy" type. Being a part of this Kingdom will give you permission to use weather moves without permission.

NEW- Kingdom of the Permafrost: This kingdom is located in a freezing tundra. As the name suggest for this kingdom, you must be Part "Ice" Type to start out in it. but being a part of it makes it so you can use "Hail" without Permission

NEW- Kingdom of the Underdark- This Kigdom is also located underground, but unlike the Kingdom of Magic there is little to no light to illuminate it. to join this kingdom you must be part "Rock", "Ground", Or "Steel". being allied with this faction grants the use of "Strength" without permission.

Each Kingdom in terms of higher up can have...

1 King - a male leader of an empire

1 Queen - a female leader of an empire

1 Captain of the guard - the highest ranking officer of millitary command

1 Champion - A defender of an empire

1 Adviser - gives advice or ideas to the king or queen when it is needed

1 Judge - hadles rails of criminals

3 Spies - Infiltrators who gather information about whats going on in the world

5 commanders - the second highest ranking officer of millitary command, each has their own army branch

6 Clerics - Teachers of young mages or high level mages. Specialized in powering up allies, and weakening enemies

and any number of Soldiers (all with different ranks), Mages, and Peasants.

Battle Rules.

rather than "all poke'mon having 4 moves" battles in this RP work much differently

Foot Soldiers can only know up to 4 moves within their pool. Zealots can learn 6, Rooks & Mages 8, Cavaliers and Judges 10, Warriors & Clerics 12, Offices 14, Commanders can learn 20 moves within their move pool and Typing, (an example would be an Aggron with Rock wrecker), Advisers 15 withing their move pool and typing. Captains and Champions 35, and kings and queens have no limit so long as it is within their Typing and they don't spam Uber attacks. the reason for this is to combat matches the story of the RP. that being that they are ungodly savage from time to time. In order to fight you must get the okay from the other side as stated in the rules.

Wanderers and Mercs can know up to 7 moves in their move pool. Spies can learn 8.

With is Great bulk and sheer power, There is no questioning how Krusher became Ruler of the Kingdom of Land. He is a Good Emperor, but he has a bad temper if pushed too far. With is jaws alone he can crush through the thickest of armor, giving him the name he lives with today. With his army by his side will he be able to lead his kingdom to victory?

He seems to always be angry, but the reason for this is unknown. Hydrous is extremely dangerous because of all this and it is ill advised to confront him for any reason at all. Poke'mon of the world beware.

She can also silently talk to her troops via telepathy and can cause many surprise attacks from many angles. at this time Mercs can be loyal to any kingdom they want, but only one at a time. However they may change kingdoms if they wish depending on how the leader of said kingdom decides to pay them. Wanders are not tied to any Kingdom and can join/leave when they please to, but once again they can only be loyal to one kingdom at a time.

as for pokemon kinds? Well at this time most of the legendary poke'mon are off limits for they will play a part in the story later. I'll make a list of the legendary poke'mon that are available later. How ever, if you are going to be legendary you can't be a mercenary, that just doesn't make sense.

For example if you wanted to be a Rayquaza under the kingdom of Sky, I would allow that. but if you wanted to be a wandering Regi-anything with malice intent to all kingdoms, that's where I'd probably raise a red flag.

Bio: Ryu had a very mobile childhood, but eventually his Parents made a home next to the Sea. Even then, Ryu tended to explore a lot, often visiting the Caves in the nearby Beach Cliffs. This gave him a taste for a cautious form of risk-taking that would prove useful to him later on in his career as a Mercenary. He's a bit bold, but keeps himself under control most of the time.

Bio: Born as the prince of the Sea Kingdom, Otto led a life that prepared him well for his years as the King. He was personally tutored by his father, who had skill in the usage of Scalchops and Seamitars in Combat. When his father decided to step down, Otto recieved the kingdom from him, and has ruled in a tactical manner since then, earning him the alternate title "Otto the Wise".

He earned his rank as Commander. Rapture is brutal in combat, focusing on heavy assaults from the sky. He holds no mercy for his enemies and holds back nothing in combat. He would do nothing to ruin his honor.

I was thinking latios because it is one of my favorites. if not, then maybe an eevee, greninja or riolu/lucario.

Pokemon: Infernape

Bio: Pyreana is a really sweet Pokemon, who seems to try and be a pacifist. Though if she's angered, the receiving end would be in regret. In combat, she is swift and powerful. She attacks like an Infernape would, with martial art style attacks. Some think her power is wasted. She's smart, as some have tried taking advantage of her abilities. She does get hot-headed rather quickly, but can often contain it.

Bio: Zephyros has been grown in the caves of the Sky Kingdom alongside a lot of other Zubats, who would obtain lower ranks in the Kingdom way too often, as other species of Pokèmon were usually preferred. Determined to change at least his own life, and maybe give a better reputation to Zubats, Zephyros managed to make him stand out from the rest of the Pokèmon because of his unique agility and fighting technique. While most Zubats would be used as the other soldiers of the Sky Kingdom, Zephyros gained the title of Commander at a relatively young age and is considered one of the best combatants of the Sky Kingdom.

Poke'mon: Eevee > Vaporeon

Bio: Azure is an Eevee that has specifically been raised to become a Vaporeon and serve the Sea kingdom (and as such, she is very loyal to it). To do that, she had to stay in an island in the middle of the sea, until she would evolve and could live in the water, and because of this she is now shy and very calm.

Her normal role is (as she doesn't like fighting) be a supporter and "medic", using moves like Wish to heal other Pokemon, and she is currently learning everything about it.

Kingdom: none (magic maybe)

Pokemon: Porygon-Z

Bio: Zero is the only Pokemon of his species currently alive. No one knows clearly how he was created, or just why he doesn't eat, breathe, drink and talk normally. One thing is sure: Zero doesn't fight often, but when he does he is serious, and very strong, being able to use various powerful attacks.

He is related to the Magic Kingdom, but has never been involved in an actual battle and has never confirmed this, being therefore srill considered a wanderer.

(I could have an idea for this: someone else in the magic world could have tried to use some electricity or magic energy to create this prototype. But, as this is already my third character, I could let someone else do this part: so if someone wants, he could just create a character for the Magic World that created Zero. He could, for example, be a metagross or another powerful psychic or electric type).

So, if anyone wants to join or create a new character, keep in mind that you could play as Zero's creator.

He is also prideful and strongly believes that he's far superior to everyone else. in spite of his unappealing attitude, Swain is a great fighter nevertheless. With the combination of strength and intelligence, this adviser can strike hard and defend himself when the going gets tough.

Bio: A mindless hulking walking abomination, born and breed for the sole purpose of war. Drax is larger than most Abomasnows as it stands 10ft (11 if mega).

Drax has zero emotion and only responds with grunts, roars and caveman talk. Due to its tendency to go berserk and destroy everything in its path. Drax was lock away deep in the snowy mountains of the Permafrost kingdom. Some say this savage snow covered beast only listens to the King and Queen of the Permafrost Kingdom.

Additional: Drax always holds a tree which he wields as a club.

That would depend on typing as some are part water or part Flying, and or Fairy. Manetric is Pure Electric and is Terrestial, so there fore it would be best suited for the Kingdom of Land if you were to start as a Commander. but other wise if you wanted to join up with another kingdom then you'd best be suited as a wanderer not a commander.

Bio: Grew in the plains, mentored by the Luxray in his hometown. He is occasionally serious but most of the time, he has acceptance toward his men but in the battle, he will occasionally make battle will sometimes will cost the battle so he try to not intervene but will fight if necessary. He tolerate and correct when his name gets mispronounced
