Commander Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 I'll give you what news I have on the current Amiibos: -Gamestop only shipped in enough Shulks to fill the pre-orders and they just got in today -Most of the remaining Amiibo should be coming out this Friday (I'm hunting for Ike and Dedede) -Sonic is discontinued so you should check with your store to make sure they didn't have their shipment in yet -I've got nothing on the Meta Knight Amiibo. I'm praying I can get my hands on one in the store. Quote

There's a rumor going on that Gamestop is going to get another shipment of Shulks in, but make them all used so that people pay more for them. Commander Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 I ordered a Shulk today so I'm happy I had a second chance to get him. Really wish other stores would follow in the same suit for once because this is getting ridiculous. I do have a story to tell you guys. So I went out to Toys 'R Us in order to try and get my hands on an Ike Amiibo (turns out they were only doing pre-orders). When I got there 15 minutes before opening, there were about 8 or 9 people in line obsessing over the Sonic Amiibo (I really don't care for him truthfully). Two people in front of me actually skipped work today and one of them was supposed to be working on power lines. That powerline actually went to my house and we had to go without power for a couple hours. Once we got into the store, I actually had a Mega Man amiibo (another I really don't care about) in my hands, but because of how obsessed people were getting, I set it down and walked out of the story empty handed. On the bright side, nintendo is considering moving some Amiibos all over the globe to different countries to counter the shortages and surpluses. Quote
