Heal at Amaria's, Get rage powder, get KO'd, teleport back to Amarias to heal then use rage powder. I'm pretty sure that worked. It works for me on episode 14, but unfortunately the cave is gone. Anyway, that is an Axew egg. In fact if you look at the sprites, you'll see one for 2 Haxorus. I remember someone saying they are level 80 the two of them. In the same way, you can get Waterfall by fishing a goldeen in the pool, but you can't use it yet.
