Yeah, sorry about that, I've been meaning to drop a post about how Ryan passed out sleeping and detailing a dream he was having, but it's not quite coming together how I want it yet.

If someone wants to battle Murdoc by controlling the NPC go ahead. The other updates are coming as soon as I have the time, but it may not be until Monday.

Use a Fairy type to make his life hell Anyway I'm going to start working on the updates. Also there may be a side story popping up somewhere in the near future. It won't interfere with anything I planned in the RP. The story takes place in Hoenn Academy.

You can give him hell, but there should still be a feasible way for him to actually win the match. Look at how Zephyr and I did it for example. The odds were stacked against Raiza, but because Kylie had next to no skill in actually reliably controlling her counter-mon, as good a check as it may have been... well, you see the outcome. So yeah. it's a good idea to throw in at least one weakness for the NPC that can be used against them/ will backfire on them to win

But only time/getting the character solid/an explanation of what you mean will tell. Oh Doux is a sneaky bastard and I intend to use his capabilities in fantastic ways. Unlike some mons, He works much better in an RP format cuz it means that there should rarely be any insta KOs, meaning he gets to flex the prankster muscles for longer than otherwise should be possible. Of course, he is not offensive at all, like his main attack will be Fairy wind for the forseeable future, a base 40 move with lacking attacking stats to begin with.

I honestly think this is more useful towards what you wanted than a calmer ending to this interaction would've yielded.
