Honestly Delphox would be a great choice, but only if El doesn't use Trick Room, same for Serperior. And Trick Room for El would be way more effective than the Rado's one, plus I still have difficulty imagining a fight without Oranguru.

Assuming El is a full Normal user (which is not sure but very likely, and which I personally hope), Porygon2 doesn't fit his personality that much but fits his playstyle pretty well. Normal type + Trick Room (+ an additional field boost for Tri Attack) means obviously Porygon2, and illustrating the fact that P2 is actually a better mon than its own evolution PZ by giving PZ to the Normal Gym Leader and P2 to the Normal Elite 4 is an idea for which I would definitely subscribe. For Drampa if you want some Fighting coverage I think a set with Fist Plate and both Hyper Voice and Nature Power would be more reliable than a Focus Miss set. Plus Dragon Pulse has a STAB + field boost.

Regarding the nightclub postgame I think there is no way another gym leader could die at this point, so no worry to Ciel or Samson. That is less sure for Taka in Zekrom's though.

The only other thing I will say is the highest performer here with a 97.2% winrate? They actually take Amaria's crown as the league member with the biggest reliance on their field, jumping up from a frankly pathetic-for-E4 fieldless winrate of 73.9%. That was my only apprehension, fighting her in double like her sistaz which would have destroyed the plans I have on her, but now fine, challenge accepted. But Laura please don't make me burp blood that much.

I played in item ban (and destroyed Saki with the Shed), if you want to pass Bastiodon in this mode you will need Heal Block, which is fine as well for Bronzong, and way quicker than a healing spam imo, but of course you can still play with SD and Shadow Ball alongside Willo and Heal Block.

Heal Block is undisputable in this fight. You need it so you don't need anymore to pp stall to death Bronzong and Bastiodon which have both Rest/Sleep Talk and can't touch you. Heal Block Will o Wisp Shadow Ball/Swords Dance Dig Dig in order to have a super effective move against Steel type, Shadow Ball because it is physical anyway on the Glitch Field and is stronger than Shadow Claw. Whatever you won't have to use this move, plus Steel resists to Ghost, so you can go for Swords Dance as well instead.

I cannot guarantee by any means that the Trick Room would be helpful against her, I sincerely doubt that would be enough in any case. also maybe giving the Rockium-Z to any of your mons and trying to take benefit on it in the optiest way, Continental Crush being field boosted. Or Darkium-Z even better, totally forgot Black Hole Eclipse receiving a x4 boost lmao (x6 if you add the natural Dark boost on it, x9 if you have a STAB, ahahaha). Nature Power abuse (hi prank Whimsicott) as well, into a x2 Spatial Rend.
