I FUCKING FINALLY FINISHED IT First and foremost, the scanner is a dickhead and decided to add two little dots above and on the plating kilt thingy. Please ignore that! I might actually reupload it without the dot since I'm that bothered (someone remind me to do that). The time thingy shits you not; this image took me 11 fucking hours to do, and I'm proud of it (IGNORE THE DOTS FROM THE SCANNER). There are shading and background inconsistencies, but otherwise I'm happy. I'd rather let this drawing speak for itself. This was a commission by my real life friend, who wanted me to draw Gulcasa from Yggdra/Blaze Union, and I was supposed to be tested to the limit with this. I can definitely say that I was. (I've heard Emperor Of Carnage might be a mistranslated term but I don't really care)

Thank you for the Lucian puns, Riot. The nerf to Rammus's taunt duration, though? I'm worried. It's been slashed at max to nearly 2 thirds of it's original duration, and his taunt is basically the main reason he's paid attention to in lategame teamfights. It's not like with Fiddle, who has plenty of kit to make his presence known. The most Rammus can do when lacking the taunt is slow down an enemy with a powerball or cause a couple of Tremors, which doesn't make him much of a threat. Praying he hasn't been fucked over by it; at least it hasn't been nerfed in early game *shudder*
