Both are great option, ubt I would go solely with Steelix. Once you get your hand on Trick Room from Radomus and Amplified Rock, you will rock. Porygon line is able to learn it, as well Delphox, and iirc, Cofragigus. Steelix also has an great Atk. a high Def. Gyro Ball becomes great if used with Trick room active. Will-o-Wips helps you to burn certain opponents and combined with Hex would be cool. Rock Slide instead of Rock Tomb, since Reborn has many double battles. And whichever would eb good for you, Bulldoze/Dig.

You can get to know which weather are coming in Reborn by checking on the TV, you just have to change your Pc time according to which weather is going to be and that's it. The other way would be installing a mod that allows you to change the weather without changing your pc time.

If I recall correctly, there a woman in East Gearen Lab. That allows you to change your sprite, there you're given the option to use Legacy Sprite, as for upcoming episodes, I suppose it doesn't matter, I had a legacy sprite in V10 and when I updated to V11, I was with same sprite.

You can get a Rockruff with Fire Fang as an egg move with the following pokemon: Arbok, Growlithe, Arcanine, Rhyhorn, Flareon, Snubbull, Granbull, Houndour, Houndoom, Donphan, Poochyena, Mightyena, Exploud, Mawile, Electrike, Manectric, Shinx, Hippowdon, Lillipup, Stoutland, Sandile, Darumaka, Darmanitan, Litleo, Pyroar, Litten, Torracat, Incineroar, Yungoos, Lycanroc-Midnight. But you won't get an Own Tempo by breeding it.

You can't ability capsule Own Tempo on Rockruff. You will only either, Steadfast, Keen Eye and Vital Spirit, since are Rockruff original abilities. Own Tempo rockruff can only be obtained by a special trade at Oceania Pier, and I don't think it can be obtained by breeding.

I would go with: Salamance. Intimidate works well considering the many double battles Rejuvenation has, also Dragon Dance makes it deadly with Dragon Claw. Decidueye. Personally, it didn't dissapoint me. It has some good stat, able to take hits, and if it holding Razor Claw, Leaf blade, Shadow Claw make crits land more easy. The ability long reach evades contact on such like Ferrothorn. Either, Gardevoir or Sylveon. Calm Mind, Moonblast/Dazzling Gleam, Psyshock and Psychic/Misty Terrain depending on which oen you're using. They prove really good. Empoleon. I doubt it with Lucario, but since you got Blaziken. Scald and Flash Cannon are good on a well trained Empoleon, it prove to take hits, learns Icy Wind which comes handy in some time. I don't remember if its possible to get Electivire yet.. But if so, do it. Thunder and Ice Punch are good in Electivire, Flamethrower to like Ferrothorn and Brick Break. Lastly, you can go either, Incineroar or Blaziken, while the later is faster, Incineroar bulks will come handly in msot case. You get a dark move that ignores defense changes. In addition, I would rotate Metagross, Staraptor, Lucario and make Sneasel Weavile

That will work, but remember, once Toxic Spikes out, Fern surely bring his Roserade, so bye bye Toxic Spike since they get absorbed.. I can say Sticky Web is overall better, because you'll battle Soalris and a Orderly just after. Sticky Web will help you to reduce opponents Speed, especially Garchomp..
