But tell ya anyways, of course somes are a later game: I don't remember quietly as Froakie, but as Frogadier it was this: Water Pulse, Round, Cut/Rock Smash, Quick Attack. As a Greninja V11: Water Shuriken, Slash and Burn, Acrobatics/Feint Attack, Blizzard/Surf. and many other like Rock Smash, Extrasensory, Aerial ace, Cut, Smack Down ..

An ice type is always useful, such a Slush Rush Alolan-Sandlash (nice typying and very helpful to next gyms battles, Ciel, Adrieen, and maybe Hardy.) Of course, with this you will need a Snow Warning pokemon, I personally suggest you Alolan-Ninetales. Umbreom, imo, is very helpful. Pretty bulky, providing it has Foul Play and Moonlight is a great support. Steel, again, will be very important. Try getting Beldum if you havent. Make it Metagross. I can see you team is pretty good imo. So i won't touch it. I gave some opinions, in what you may rotate. As for Plot Battles (Aside Gym Battles) I don't quietly remember them.. Sorry.

Emm. Welp, first, Lapras would be your first option. As it have Ice beam. if you manage to save it for Garchomp, it should finish it in one strike. You can also try to evolve Misdreauvs to Mismagius, nice speed, and it avoid Earthquake. Plus perish song (Lapras can do the work too.), hold 3 turns and its yours. If you manage to teach Will-o-Wisp to Spiritomb and use it on Garchomp, you will las for at least 2 turns as it will drop its attacks. Evolve: Growlithe, Magneton, Misdreavus. Arcanine with Intimidate should be a great help. Lowers Garchomp attacks, and if you use Bulldoze, lowers speed. For Lapras to strike.

But Elite Four are mostly faced in Victory Road, which is on the highest level of Charous Mountain near Route 4. And Lin, already take the mysterious gear from Agate City deeps. So, I guess we're going to face Lin behind the doors of under Grand Starcase, The Citae Arc-d'Astrae (where we fought Arceus), in order to stop her of taking The Meteor.

What Jaggi says. I can help you by taught some of your pokemons Smack Down, hit Magnezone with that, then proceed with Earthquake. It should do the work. I remember beating it with Charizard Flare Blitz (with Blaze activated)..
