    A thought occurred. Wouldn’t Meteor prioritise a pulse machine for Malamar? The monster who possesses one of the strongest hypnotic powers and could easily bend people’s will better then Hypno. I understand the objective behind pulse hypno is simply the sleep spell for agate city. And I guess controlling a pulse-malalmar would be difficult. 

    ‘But think of the devastation behind the idea of pulse-malamar.

      Plot was originally written during the Gen V era and revised for Gen VI afterwards. There actually was no Adrienn or Arclight when the game was first being built.
