  1. Hello, Reborn folks! How have you been?
It's been quite a while since I didn't share any good news on the forum, so I wanted to share some with you! After 130 hours of gameplay on Emerald Plus, it's finally done! I'm very cheerful of what I did yesterday which was getting every silver symbol in every battle frontier facility!

I know it's not a big deal since I didn't get any gold symbol yet, but I'm already very satisfied of it, especially since I didn't use any true "meta" Pokemon in the game and exclusively built my team with Pokemon I love, which can make things harder at times. The only annoyance with Emerald Plus is, I felt a little limited with the Pokemon available in the three first generations, so I did a special mix with Dark Pokemon and other Pokemon I love who are not necessarily Dark-types. The final result was surprisingly effective and it made me love Sableye more than ever! I couldn't believe that I managed to sweep Anabel, Tucker and Brandon teams thanks to this little guy 😁

Honestly, it was a pretty amusing experience, as well as a little bit stressful during some specific fights, and I don't remember making it that far when I first played the end game content of Pokemon Emerald on my Gameboy Advance. If the devs didn't include so many hax strategies, it could have been even more enjoyable in my opinion. In any case, wish me luck for the gold rush 📀😉

That's cool. Also nice team you have here👍🏼

Thank you! If I really wanted to beat the game at all cost, I could have done so, but my team would have been very different and it would have lost its originality. Using Pokemon you like or that are not necessarily top-tier forces you to make up more varied strategies, which is the initial goal of Pokemon Reborn and it also makes victories more satisfying. At least, that's how I feel about it. I love playing with Pokemon I identify with and I'm probably not the only one 😉

Same here with the battle strategies, but I enjoy this regardless and it's actually fun. I even used Pokemon, that aren't my favourites or not top-tiers (like the Primeape I nicknamed "Wrath", that I only used in Radomus gym battle just to destroy his Chess field with Stomping Tantrum), but certain moves and abilities come on handy in some battles. Pokemon Reborn made me even like a few of them, that I didn't even used or like as a kid years before (Ambipom with Technician or Prankster Sableye with Quash and even the move Hidden Power, I used to hate).

Sometimes a hard challenge with various strategies/teams (like mono or dual type teams) gives you enjoyment and gaming fun. That's my opinion🙂
